I frequently order from Pizzaville to take advantage of their 6-stamp passport promo. I've tried many locations and Colossus... ALWAYS makes the tastiest pizza! Even though, I have closer locations near me; I prefer this franchise ?definitely the bestpizza in the area with amazing staff. I would give a rating of 0 however I had to select the 1 in order to post. Last night I had ordered a pizza as I usually had in... the past. I live in a building and usually I would meet the driver in the lobby to make it easier however I have a foot injurywhich I could not do it this time. The driver Rajkumar called to tell me to come downstairs and when I advised him I could notand provided my reason why I could not he became irate and questioned me more. I advised if it was going to be such a hassle hecould cancel he abruptly hung up. I hobbled on 1 foot to the door and looked out to see if he came up. I seen him and I openedthe door. He shoved the pizza box at me with force pushing me back. I told him he is rude and I will complain he said go aheadas he walked away. I called customer service and they promised a call from a manager from what I am waiting on a day later. Itbugs me that this happened I could have fallen. Also I did contact less payment which includes a tip and he does not deserve mytip nor a job at this point in my opinion. I hope no one else has to experience this disrespect from him again. This is whypeople are no longer tipping and why customers turn away from doing business with companies. Absolutely disgusting! ???? Read more
