They take a significantly longer time to serve your food in comparison to other locations. The food is still good though!

Is it normal to get a chicken with a BUNCH OF BONES in the Deluxe chicken SANDWICH?? That's a first for me... I bit the sandwich... and almost lost a tooth, wth... Not to mention that you can't eat it like a proper sandwich. I had to disassemble the thing andeat the chicken separately, because every bite you get a bone in between... Pretty certain they f'd up and put a drumstickinside, rather than the battered breast. I got it as a takeout so I didn't realize until I got home and started to eat. Absolutely incompetent staff. Waited 30mins for a 9 piece family meal. Once I got my food an employee said she was on break so... it's not her fault. Corporate please review this locations operations. Not living up to Popeye's standards. Read more

They make everything fresh/made to order so you do need to wait up to 10 minutes but ?? ITS WORTH IT ?? I?ve never had Popeyes... fresh I guess because the chicken sandwich was SO juicy and crispy and hot and it?s extremely comforting. Best chicken sandwichI?ve had in years! The ladies working there were mainly Punjabi, and although some were nice, they need to keep it down at theback when they speak because we were literally listening to their entire conversation from our table. At this location the mobile order would not go through and the manager came and shrugged her shoulders at me and said that there... was nothing she could do for me. She was rude and walked away 2 times. She charged me more money for the same order and saidthat is the price do you want it. What is the point of having a manager if they can't help you or has no customer serviceskills. Never again. Read more

Got raw chicken in the burger, they replaced the burgers reluctantly but when i asked for atleast free drinks she said she... replaced the burger she can't do the drinks. So you feed people raw chicken and give terrible service then expect us to thankyou !! Read more

Great food. However; today was a horrible experience. My daughter got stick. As I was happy en Ready as well as excited to have... my daily meal. As soon as I took a bite to the chicken it was digusting. The chicken has gone bad, slime and smell like fish.Don't know why they are serving chicken that is no longer good. Read more
