Was there yesterday (Saturday)evening. Ordered and paid. My husband didn't realize to tip. The girl on cash looked at the... receipt, walked to the girl that was bagging our order, whispered. They both looked at us and she threw the tray on the counterand went to the back. That was absolutely rude and uncalled for. We won't be going there again! Read more

Visited this location and ordered three regular veggies burritos, employee charged us for 1 large instead, upon asking she said... that you ordered large. when I responded with No, employee said it?s already paid now in very rude way. We made the order veryclearly for three regular size only. The Large burrito was already completely open, Medium salsa was just water with no taste,roasted veggies were not properly roasted.Very poor customer service, as a former quesada supervisor (4 years at quesada) and asa regular customer, I don?t recommend this location. My bowl tasted awful. The chicken had zero flavour and the texture was off. Really poor quality. I don?t know why there was so... much liquid in my bowl, but it was disgusting and everything tasted watered down. So much soggy lettuce and I ate it immediatelyafter purchasing (so it wasn?t sitting there for a while for it to turn soggy). Was bad I had to toss it. Waste of money, don?trecommend. Read more
The customer service is fabulous and fast no need to wait in a queue , food is delicious and more healthy and the ambiance is... amazing too. I am visiting there on weekends usually. I highly recommend to everyone to go there. Read more
The service was good, but the lady making my order spoke way too fast. I?m not sure why many takeout places now have the tip... option. I worked in the restaurant industry in the past and tipping takeout isnt common practice. I got the small chicken wrap.The price was reasonable and similar to most burrito places. I found the rice to be a bit dry and the chicken had some pieces ofcartilage I had to pick out. The amount of cheese and sour cream used were very little. Spice level was decent. I order food first time through uber eats from this location. I asked for veggie quesdilla and bean nachos. When i got my order... i fighured they neither put beans nor cheese on my nachos and also no cheese on quesdilla. I was very disappointed from theservice they delivered. They only desrve 0 star. I am not sure what kind of meat they use, but I got the spicy chicken and there was cartilage in my burrito bowl absolutely... disgusting. Their competitor is much better quality as far as meats is concerned. Read more
