I don?t understand why this location doesn?t answer their phone. Me and my coworker order off skip and you need to contact... restaurant directly with allergies. I placed mobile order at this restaurant. After 10 min I got call from them and they said there toast or grill machine is not... working so they cancel my order and told me on that time ,I am going to get my money back in 3 days. The girl her name is Amanshe told me she is going to send email to manger and you get your money back but nothing happen. Yesterday I call them and theysaid they will call me in an hour but again nothing. I again call today and the girl over the phone again took my name andphone number and told me same thing we will call you later, again nothing. First of all you cancel my order I didn?t get anyfood. Experienced friendly service. Went in at midnight to grab a few sandwhiches and the server was very patient and took her time.... Did not rush us. I didn't get her name but whoever works the night shift on the weekdays, give her a raise. Read more
It?s embarrassing how penny pinching this location is. If you ask for a swap between items or ask for guacamole, they can?t... fathom it.
