Can I give this location ZERO stars?! Absolutely terrible. This is the second time I’ve tried to order delivery from this... location and I don’t know why I decided to give them a second chance. The first time the delivery was extremely late and whenI tried to get in contact with the restaurant to then get in contact with the driver, he was at a completely different address.The worker on the phone from the restaurant was also very rude and not understanding at all. Fast forward to tonight, decided Iwould give them another chance and the same problems! I placed my order at 4:53 and it is now 6:37 and I still have no food atmy door. The tracking app said that they should arrive by 6:19 - clearly that did not happen. Called the restaurant and tookmultiple attempts for them to actually answer. They said they can’t get a hold of the driver but their app says that he shouldbe at my door. He is not. She tries to contact the driver again and still cannot get a hold of him. Forever waiting for Swisschalet deliveries. Extremely frustrating. I understand they may be busy but there are so many other restaurants in the businessand they are able to handle it. There are so many bad reviews for this location, you think they would get these problems undercontrol by now. Absolutely terrible service. Definitely won’t be giving them a THIRD chance. Update: Got our food at 6:45with an item missing and the chicken not even cooked! Not happy. Read more

My last two delivery orders have had items missing. Tonight's delivery for Thanksgiving had 4(!) items missing, completely... ruined our meal. I spent well over $100 and tipped 20% on the assumption half of our order wouldn't be missing and someone wouldat least check before the order went out. Super frustrating and would have been better just to cook a turkey after all. UPDATE:We received the missing items to our order. Between the four of us we received a large Chalet sauce, a thimble size cranberrysauce, and a slightly larger thimble size of stuffing. The cherry on the top of this was the singular melted and congealedLindor chocolate left for us in the bottom of the bag. I guess I will divide the chocolate into fours, the cranberry sauce eachof us will have half a spoonful, and same with the stuffing. Apparently the chocolate was meant to be a "gift" according to theextremely helpful customer service agent we talked to. Cheers Swiss chalet! I have order my food thru app, go to restaurant to pick up but I wait for 30min to get my order handed to me! It’s like fine... dining speed….. Food is good but it just took too long, and it’s unacceptable, I think I may try something else next time. There are a lot of good restaurants around the area Read more

We went for lunch, the baked potato looked and felt like it was 10years old. The service from Jaclyn was horrendous. We got... her name from the receipt. She was grouchy answered with one word answers. All our dishes came cold with no surprise as wewaited for a while and the restaurant was pretty empty (two other tables.) When it came time to pay she left us the machine andleft and never came back. The food tasted okay, would have been better if it wasn't cold. Our daughter didn't finish the food. we asked for to go (we will heat it up at home) and she came back and threw an empty box on the table with the machine and leftand never came back. The most thing that upsets me in todays society why I feel obligated to tip. We left 10% I wanted toleave 0%, and not pay and just leave. I didn't want to make a scene with the family there I wish I was alone I wouldn't carethen. Needless to say I will not go back I sooner go to McDonalds... but I wont. Read more

Placed my order on the app for curb side pickup. Notified them that I had arrived and received a text stating that they were... busy and it would be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I had to go into the restaurant and speak with somebody at the pick upcounter. My order was sitting in a warming bag and they handed me my order. No apologies for the mixup. I would have waitedforever. If you don’t have the staff for curb side pickup then don’t offer it. Terrible service. My advice - go throughthe drive thru and sit there until they get you your order. Read more

It was my first time visiting this place. I had the new hand-breaded fish and chips. The place was very clean and well-organized... with a lot of natural light. The service was great. The portion and price were reasonable. The fish and fries were 4/5. I thinkthey can make a more uniform crust. Coleslaw was 5/5 but the Tartar was 3/5 (mostly Mayonnaise). Read more
