Second time at this location and it was excellent. This Keg location has great service and food is always to standard. Took about 40 minutes to clean someone else's table, ordered food and a drink, drink came fast, appetizer came as promised, now... watching them talking to other customers and taking shots is ok,but what about customers, some get their bread faster thenothers can get their beer.... Music atmosphere is awesome,the way it supposed to be. Perfect not loud beats. I think this paceneeds more coordination between bartenders and weitresses and kitchen and floor managers. It ain't Olympic size pool restaurant.Still waiting on my sirloin steak after 45 minutes wait Already...oh yeah by the way. I am still waiting on my second drink.(10minutes since they asked me for it)...what's funny,that floor manager still talking to same group of people for about 30 minutesnow. A good manager won't do that. By the way, a dirty table Infront of me they just dusted off with hand and seat new customer.15 minuts to get a second drink. And weitresses brings me a sharp knife that's it, nothing else. No drink no food. And it's been10 minutes already. By the way,non of the tables that left been wiped or cleaned with some sort of disinfectant spray. Food isvery tasty,but they don't give you salt or pepper even. You can always count on the Keg to go above and beyond with service and the food. Our server was outstanding, friendly and... always on the ball. He was always available if we needed him. The food was and always is hot, fresh and cooked to perfection.The steak was mouthwatering, the sides homemade, what more can you ask for. The service was 5 star, the food was 5 star. My family brought me there for my birthday . They kept the cake in the back and... surprise me at the end of my dinner. At the end me and my family leave the restaurant happy and full. We even had alot of leftovers. I offered our waiter a slice of my cake and he accept it. So I gave him nice slice. Update: spoke with the owner and he was great and really worked hard to make it right. Updated my review to 3 stars to balance... between the take out experience and the dine in experience was was 5 stars. Tried to share this feedback through the 'gotfeedback' email I received with my online order but it's not working so unfortunately I'm having to post this publicly. Orderedtakeout for valentines dinner and had an extremely poor experience. 1. One of the salads had slimly/rotten lettuce. The othersalad had lettuce that just wasn't fresh and was browning. It was clear that the romaine in the caesar wasn't washed, as youcan see from the pictures. 2. The steaks were completely cold. I didn't expect them to be hot as we were doing takeout, but Iarrived on time to pickup (actually 2 min early), and waited 15 min for someone to acknowledge me and help me. One wait staffcame by a few times and kept saying someone else would come help me, but she made no attempt to even tell anyone else I wasstanding there at the front. When someone finally came over to help me, he implied....'oh, you're order's been ready for awhile, we were waiting for you'. So I can only assume my order was sitting out waiting causing the steaks to get cold, and thedessert to be ruined (more on this) 3. My wife's steak was barely rare, and somewhere between blue rare and rare. We orderedmedium rare. There was no way to fix this as the steak was cold and would have turned into rubber had we tried to cook it moreat home. It was so chewy that she gave up on eating it. 4. We unpacked the bag when we got home and put the billy miner pie inthe freezer while we ate dinner. I don't recall if it was packed on top of the steaks that were hot, or if this happend becausethey left my order sitting out, but when we opened the container, it was actually billy miner soup. Excellent service. The food was stellar. I got the peppercorn New York cooked medium (comes with whiskey sauce on the side). It... was perfect. For some there might be a bit too much cracked peppercorn but it's really easy to scrape off if you need to. Thewhiskey sauce was so good very savory. Highly recommend. The Keg is a famous Canadian steak house and very well known. But what what makes a restaurant shine is the crew. From the... moment we walked in to the minute we left Kathy and Anthony treated us like royalty. Made the experience unforgettable and madeus feel like guest not just numbers Thanks keg Woodbridge and a big thank you to Kathy and Anthony for welcoming us. The wingsare amazing with excellent Blu cheese (who supplies you this Blu cheese) The salad was good. This was the best experience in my life! Really loved the service provided by Matt. Because of his service, I and my husband had... a great dinner time. Matt was so helpful and knew what we needed.
