AVOID!!! AVOID!!! Doesn?t matter if it?s drive-thru or in-store service or delivery via Tims App, this store is worthy of 0... stars! Drive thru takes minimum 10-15 mins sometimes even 30+ min wait bc only 1 worker after 11pm (cheap franchisee) & it?s aHit or Miss if your order will be correct. Already had a new worker hand me Iced Capp with Lid not secure spilling all the icedcapp on me and inside the car door. $3 Iced capp now = $200 car detailing work. They worker couldn?t even say sorry. Poortraining and customer service. Inside the store picked up my bagel/sandwich orders after a 15min wait? only to be told by theworker in her native Punjabi language ?take this and get lost? i mean like are we in India again? I told the manager Iunderstand the language and she tried to save her worker by saying she was speaking to another worker. Ordered $50+ of deliveryonly for items to be missing and coffee order to be wrong. Avoid this location at all costs unless you?re looking for jokerservice! Customer service was superb. Was at the location fairly late, wanted to get a crispy Habanero chicken sandwich. I was advised... that it was not available but that they could make me a grilled Habanero chicken. Accepted. Very friendly and prompt staff!Respect! Toilets, men and women (according to my wife) very clean. Would strongly recommend this Tim Hortons! Read more

This Tim Hortons consistently gets orders wrong. From a black coffee to sandwiches. Something in the order is wron everytime we... go here and because of the convenience we are there almost daily, sometimes more then once. I would not recommend this Tim'suntil they leatn how to take an order and fill an order correctly. Staff is rude & irritable when you ask for the order to befixed. Horrible 12 minutes to wait for 2 coffees a muffin amd a quencher in drive thru. The person in front had 4 coffees and an iced... coffee. Did they fly in the beans to make it. Then found out the lied I ordered a chocolate chip muffin then said they didnthave it and when I finally rolled up to the window the order she took was for someone ordering one and they miraculously hadsome. What's going on at this Tims? Terrible service always waiting up to 30 min for a coffee? Always running out of raisin bran... muffins? First off my drink was disgusting secondly the staff is beyond rude. They act like this place makes no money and are petty about... complaints I had with my beverage. If you did it right the first time I would not complain and I purchased another item closedthe drive through window in my face. I've posted before on how horrible this Tim Hortons is. I was hoping that things have changed and yet its still the same,... nothing has changed. I am at the Tim Hortons in line. There were 4 customers ahead of me and I've been waiting for 10 minutesnow. There are 5 people in drive through and 1 person for dine in. Who manages this place? This is still beyond ridiculous.
