Attended this location to watch a World Cup game which I was happy that they played on every screen! The service was good given... the large amount of people in the restaurant at the time. Food portions felt a little small compared to the price, Wings tastedgreat however. Boneless chicken poutine felt a little dry. Overall not a bad experience! Read more
Prior to new ownership we were able to order the triple or foursome with 1lb without breading for my daughter who has an egg... allergy and the remaining wings breaded. The recent visit we asked for the same and were told we couldn't, that it wasn'tpossible and never was.. instead we were suggested to order separately (which of course, would be more expensive). I asked tospeak with the manager, whom didn't come out (even though the place was empty). We politely left to go to the King City locationwho accommodated us with no issues. It's clear that not all locations value customers equally. If customers feel valued, theywill most certainly value the business back .. Don't go to this location if you value customer service. I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in this Wild Wing, it was a great experience. The ambiance is very... welcoming and charming. We got amazing combo options at an affordable price and the customer service was amazing I candefinitely say. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Read more

Our experience is a clear example of when a restaurant owner has the nerve to take more guests than they can accomodate. We were... a large group trying to go together to a restaurant after our kids sport tournament. We called several places in advance to seeif they can take in a big group on a Sunday evening. This restaurant said yes they could! Despite us being the only guests ofthe establishment, we waited for more than TWO AND A HALF HOURS! for our orders to get to our tables along with mistakes andforgotten items! Let?s not talk about the cleanliness and the service! You go to a restaurant to spend a good time with yourparty not to just eat something. This place killed the whole fun and spirit of the group plus a lot of hungry teenagers andadults. Who can wait seated for two and a half hours for food???? Read more

My partner isdiabetic and refused to give him diet drink. Kadir has zero people skills, I had to ask for my drink to be refilled more thenonce that was for the 2nd refill and based on todays service NO ONE SHOULD GO TO THIS PLACE. Worst service ever!!!!
