Although short handed, the service was still great. Portions were good, came out quickly, and my cup was never empty.
This place just doesn't do it for me. Maybe I just don't like the breakfast. But no one like cold breakfast and that is what I... have gotten all 3 times I've been here. Waitress was not professional or friendly. We were seated and waited 15 minutes before she waited on us she took our order and... in the time we waited for our food two other tables sat down, ate, and left before we got our food. And when it came out it wascold and not prepared correctly. We have been here many times in the past and the food and service has been excellent. Themanager apologized and comped our meal. They will never get any of our money at this location. After we were seated 15 minutes later, an older white couple was seated... right behind us. The waitress then proceeded straight to them and received their drink orders. In passing, she asked for thecouple next to us if they needed anything. After we informed the hostesses of what just transpired, he stated we were in adifferent section. But we all were in arms length, sitting in the exact same area. Read more
The meal came with one biscuit, yet somehow (w/o ordering anything extra) I receives three biscuits. Each one was hot and... fluffy, slight crisp on top and bottom with warm pillows goodness in between. I ordered the honey butter chicken breakfast, andthough everything was bathed in the golden, sweet nectar.... Nothing was overdone. The eggs need another pinch of salt, butoutside of that.... Ordered the honey butter biscuit breakfast. Eggs and Hash browns were bland. Asked for scrambled eggs, didn't expect it to be a... bit runny in the middle. Chicken was salty. The biscuits were ok. Ordered the cinna biscuits and it didn't come out until wewere about to leave and it was a partial fry or whatever in the container with it. So clearly they fry whatever together.Strawberry lemonade was also super sweet but I washed down the salty chicken that I didn't even finish with it. Looked like itwas only 1 chef in the kitchen and I only saw 1 server. Also walked into the bathroom and the entire floor was covered withwater because they were cleaning it. We often visit Bob Evans because they have a nice variety of foods & breakfast is available all day. This one was very good and... typical of all the others we dined. Good food served fresh & hot. Excellent service & clean dining room & restrooms. My husbandchose the typical breakfast, eggs over easy, perfectly cooked, with sausage links & hash browns. I ordered the double meatprotein bowl & it was yummy! Loved it! Service was terrific, warm & friendly! Read more
