My family and I have been coming here for years. Good is good, facilty is clean, and prices aren't bad. Always a few leagues... going on, and the free games for league members is nice. Only complaint is that they always seem under staffed. It's notuncommon to be waiting for service at the desk or the grill. The staff they have are friendly and helpful, but seem over workedand spread too thin. Read more

Went on a Monday night thinking it wouldn't be too busy. No staff, we ordered drinks tasted like watered down syrup, ordered... food the employee cussed under their breath & said it would take a while we waited 45 minutes and when I went to get a refund heasked if we wanted him to make it now?! No very understaffed, not his fault but didn't need to have an attitude. Read more
This place is a bit overpriced. They don't have the ability to have the bumpers come up and down depending on the player. We... brought our kids on a Saturday morning and they were playing inappropriate movie and had inappropriate music playing. Plus atrandom times we had 3-4 random balls shoot out of our machine. Not often do I blast a specific individual. BUT There is an older lady named Valerie who works the food area and this is the... 3rd time she has been rude, unfriendly and unwilling to help. She has denied us things as simple as a pitcher of water when 5 ofthe 6 of us bowling together are part of leagues playing right now. Her reasoning is pitchers of waters is only for people doingtheir league night even though every other time we come they have been more than willing to give our party of 5 or 6 a pitcherof water. The lady who is probably the worst team member working there. I would also like to give praise to Trevor who is one ofthe mangers or assistant managers. He is probably the one employee you have that goes above and beyond in keeping this placefunctioning and providing excellent customer service.
