Definitely above the beyond service by Joana. She is the best server I have ever come across. The food could have been better... because the sauces of our wings were not evenly distributed. The drinks were delicious. The person who makes the registrationcould use some training to deal with customers and communication. Overall great place to get some wings at late night. Watch out for the under cover cops waiting outside of the place in the parking lot. Read more
TL;DR service was very slow. Called ahead and asked to be put on the wait list, they waited until we showed up to tell us we... can?t do that. We were told 30 minutes until we could be seated and ended up waiting 45. There were a lot of tables open but Iguess not many servers (on a Friday night/Veterans Day). Service was nice but they didn?t come around often. The surfaces werevery dirty. Our food came out one item at a time so food got cold waiting for everyone to be served. It was 9 of us. We all ordered at the same time. They brought out the French fries before the chicken. She said the food is... staggered. Which means they bring it out as they put it up. So I sent them back and said I wanted mine when I got my chicken.They actually brought out them same fries when I got my chicken. Sent them back and got some fresh ones. As always love the wings in BWW .. we went for a team get together and it was awesome . Food was awesome as always .. loved the... potato wedges , nachos, wings , ???? .. fried cauliflower wings for the first time and it was sooooo good . Bean burgers were ok. Not too good but ok for a sports restaurant.. few of us didn?t get our orders . I ordered wings but didn?t receive it . Wehad to cancel those orders .. I hope the waiter/waitress can deliver all orders placed . If not for a few missed orders , it wasa good place to eat . Lots of parking outside . Overall liked it .. ???????????? Read more
Went for an early dinner when the restaurant was empty. Got seated promptly. Our server, Mitchell, was unfriendly, unattentive... and rude. When we placed our order he seemed bored. Not the best attitude when working at a bar or restaurant. Our food wasn'tserved together and no one informed us when my friends food would be out. When I took my first bite if my wings Mitchell cameback and bugged about the check - he actually repeatedly bugged me wether or not I had received the check via text while myplate was still full! First of all I'm vegetarian and there are bacon bits in the south west bean burger which is supposed to be vegetarian. I did not... order bacon but there were bits hidden as pictured below. guacamole is included but they forgot that, they also forgot the ranchwith my order. My fries and Buffalo cauliflower are cold. I called the location's manager and spoke with her and she said it wasprobably the Door Dash driver that put the bacon in the burger despite the bag being sealed when I received it and I had to ripit open to get to the items. We stopped here on a late Saturday afternoon. Argentina vs Mexico was on most of the big screen TV's, so the place was hopping.... We asked for a TV to show the Iron Bowl, Auburn vs Alabama. They did it cheerfully. Our server wasn't the most attentive andone item we ordered came out way later than everything else. Still, it was good bar food, a nice change of pace for us. Read more
