Definitely not worth it in any aspect. We got Juicy Lucy and The CEO, patty was extremely dry and had a weird taste to it. The... Cajun fries were cold,dry and not properly seasoned. They had one broken soda machine and the other one had only 3 soda optionsthat tasted nothing like they were supposed to. The burger we got had a bun that looked like someone took a bite from it. Thetables were sticky and the whole place was not clean. Five Guys is atleast 50 times better than this. The photo attached withthe review is how we got the burger. Read more
Went here with my Family for a late dinner. There are so many reasons why i will not be visiting this store again but will give... a few. We spent more than 100$ and hoped for a great time and we were so sissapointed. We ordered kids meals and burgers menu's The meet was dry, the fries was full of oil and was not consumable. They did not even have the drinks that was promised. Thetoilet did not have toilet paper, the soap wat finished, the floor was wet and sticky. Overal this was one of the worst places ihave visited in the USA. The only plus point was the lady behind the register that wanted to help and explained the bad fries tous. And check out the message on the burger bag... "posting BurgerFi pics may cause extreme jealousy". I highly doubt it! Read more

If I could give zero starts I would? I came into this place on May 21st 2022 I was greeted by an amazing Cashier named Charisma.... That was the only good part about this experience I proceed to get my food which I ordered the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger andthe Ultimate fries with bacon and cheese. Number one thing that was off about it was I had to put my own bacon and cheese ontothe fries they had given me which in the picture it shows it should already be made that way ? Also as im eating the burger themeat or the bacon I couldn?t tell which one it was but it smelt stale and old and had a harsh taste to it I believe the meat wasspoiled and I believe I was served a burger that wasn?t fresh? I couldn?t even finish it that?s how bad it was. The managerKiana didn?t help me I wanted a refund and she doesn?t even know how to give refunds so I wasted my money but I will not be backever again. Nothing special taste, bad service, too long waiting time etc these things sometimes I can understand or acceptable, however... food safety is fundamental for doing restaurant business. I was almost killed or got sick from their burger. They serve myburger with moldy burn. I reported to the store manager but he acted like not a big deal, offered me full refund and making anew burger but I denied to get a new one since how I was supposed to trust their kitchen. Not too bad. We waited a long while before we got our food. Not sure how many people were in the back making food, but there... were multiple people near the registers that were standing around chit chatting. The food was ok. The burger patties were saltyand the fries were soggy. If we go back (probably not) we'll try something different. They also have chicken, vegetarian andvegan burgers, onion rings and milkshakes. We spent $35 for 2 people. Way too much for what we got. Definitely better off goingto Five Guys. The burger are fresher there with many more options for toppings and the fries are so much better at Five Guys aswell. Read more
The manager was horribly rude to the customers and employees for the simple fact of asking for a military discount. Although,... the food was delicious and the cashier provided excellent customer service, the manager was unprofessional. Come on Burger Fi Iexpect more out of this place. Read more
