This location is horrible! I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and no pickles. They gave me a spicy... chicken sandwich with bacon, extra pickles, and 3x cheese. I am Muslim and can now not eat the sandwich. By the time I got homeand noticed, they were a few minutes away from closing, so I can not take it back for a replacement. Read more
Didn?t realize fast food had gotten so expensive and then they forgot an item of my order and I was basically interrogated if I... was sure it wasn?t there. The guy is standing outside may car window as I?m checking for the fourth or fifth time. Finally gotthe missing item after telling him for the millionth time (not literally, but I said it so often I lost count). What was evenmore annoying is after coming back from the window with it in the basket he made me look in my bag again before handing the itemover. FYI it was cheese sauce for the fries they were holding hostage. Never been treated like that when my order has beenwrong. After reading other reviews, I see this is a trend. Read more

The last 4 orders each at 4 different times on 4 different days the order was never what was on the receipt. First it was just... something small like regular chicken instead of grilled chicken which isn't a big deal to me but now there's missing items thatwas paid for. Read more
I have patronized this location for many, many years and unfortunately, the customer service over the last few months has... declined. A week ago, the drive thru team mixed up my order. I went into the building and explained the issue. I was made tofeel it was my mistake and then they wanted to up charge me for ?upgrading? my sandwich. I didn?t have a problem paying thedifference, but the difference wasn?t over $2. After trying to explain this to them for 5 minutes and pointing to the prices onthe menu, I gave up and asked for a refund. You would think this process would be quick, but it wasn?t as they kept trying togive me a refund less than the total price for the meal. After about 20 minutes the manager came over, with an attitude, but Ifinally got my full refund. I had a similar experience a couple months back and the staff seemed irritated then as well. Ihave visited many locations across this country, and the customer service at this location is far below the superior standardsfor which this restaurant chain is known. Read more
