They were definitely good about the service and getting the food out to us however the ribs I ordered... The meat was dried out... it was like biting into charcoal and there wasn't much meat on the ribs. The mashed potatoes I think were past the expirationdate, the flavor was off and the green onion that usually makes things taste better just turned my stomach! Chili's has gonedown hill more than I expected, it's like eating the mcrib from McDonald's. you forget how terrible it is and then go back toremind yourself how terrible it is! Read more
Today's dinner was like the game telephone. One person makes a statement and by the time it reaches the last person the... statement is different from the original. Came in we were seated promptly, greated by our server and drink ordered taken. Allis fine. When placing our food order my fiance and the waiter ran into a miscommunication, he wanted the steak and shrimpfajitas wanting to sub the rice and beans for another side ( fries or loaded potatoes). We thought the waiter confirmedsubstitutions for fajitas could be done but could only be one ( potatos or fries). After placing a confusing order another manappears to go over our order of kids mac n cheese, 1 chicken fajita with avocado and 1 order of a 10oz steak. We were confusedbecause we didn't order steak, we ordered steak and shrimp fajitas. We reiterated our order and when the food came out it wasstill wrong. The now female waitress handed us a steak and was confused when we said we didn't order this. A manager came outand took the steak and listened to our order experience reassuring us that we'll receive the steak and shrimp fajita along witha side of French fries. We received the steak and shrimp fajita ( minus garnish and tortillas) never received the order ofFrench fries and never had our bill corrected. Read more
Chili's is still there and still good! When you're hungry but don't know what you want to eat,, Chili's is the spit because... they've got so many food moods covered. (It's the only restaurant that I like the way the salmon is cooked.) Read more
Went in about an hour before closing, and they were very accommodating. Food came out hot and well plated; it didn't feel like... the kitchen was closing down and annoyed they had to cook so close to closing. Server was nice and very attentive (although, heseemed a bit tired). It was an enjoyable experience all around. Read more
Excellent experience. I had a burger and it was cooked to perfection. Service was very quick, & friendly. My friend ordered the... Santa Fe salad and requested no sauces because she has an (allergic reaction to hot spices). It came with a drizzle of sauce,but they had no problems getting her a fresh salad asap. Came in at lunch on a Saturday. Wasn't crowded at all. Was quickly seated and my waiter was there in no time. The service was... fast and courteous. I order the Chilli burger and fries. The burger was big and juicy. Was not dry and it was not at all greasy. I only wish they gave more fries. Basically they were the size of a small McDonald's fries. All around good meal for $11.00dollars. I have to admit it was better then 5 guys and a lot cheaper. Plus not greasy. So it was a pleasant experience overall. Read more
What can I say about this place. First off we didnt get drinks for about 30 minutes. Second took forever to get our food and... multiple plates of food were forgotten. Not that busy but very slow. Then once we finally got the food they were cold. To top itoff we saw a roach crawling on the wall near a booth. We took pictures and show manager and he said we dont have them. He wasvery rude and unprofessional and stated "they just dont want to pay for the bill". He never once apolgized for our food beingforgotten even though he was aware. We will never go to this place again and the kids are the ones that food was not made. Read more
Great customer service. We sat at the bar, and were treated very well and in a friendly manner. Food was not the best, but not... the worst either. I ordered a burguer along with more items, but the lettuce in the burger was cold and wet. Not in a roomtemperature cold, but in a just pulled out of the freezer and warmed up a little type of cold and wet. Other than that, food wasgood. Read more
