I come here often. Great staff and the food is good. The Chipotle chain should offer salt free chips too.

The food is OK but the tables are always dirty even when there are hardly any customers. The drink and utensil station is... always dirty and unkept. I have been here a few times only because of my son. I always have to wipe down the tables etc.. Ibring my own sanitizer. Read more

This was the worst chipotle experience ever. Poor service, the chicken had absolutely no seasoning, and the food was just so... cold right after receiving it. With a line to the door, two employees decided it was a great time for a 30 minute + long break. One watched videos with the volume blasting to really add to our dining experience. We went next door to get Chick-fil-A sincewe were not satisfied with our dinner. They're nich friendlier there anyways. Read more

This Chipotle is pure chaos. They need management help badly. The lines are long because they are trying to do both dine in and... carry out and cannot keep up. The counters are covered with food. There is just issue after issue with this location. Today the issue was that I ordered burrito, which the tag clearly... acknowledges, yet got a burrito bowl. Often my order takes way longer than the online time I was given. I get that it is anunforgiving, tedious job (I?ve worked for chipotle before), but I can?t understand why the issues at this location are soconstant. Please train your people to pay closer attention. Love other chipotles, but the 2 in dale city just can't seem to not mess up. The one time we order pick-up and the order is... actually ready, we get home and the containers are nearly empty. No problem with the food. It?s all about the wait time. 5 people in line and instead of preparing walk in customer orders,... they are preparing online orders. So, everyone in line has to wait an extra 10 to 15 minutes until online orders are complete. On top of that, there are 4 employees sitting at the customer tables eating lunch which leaves 2 employee?s taking care ofonline orders and customer orders. Unbelievable! Read more
