This Chipotle has gone way down hill. In addition to waiting 40 minutes for 2 burrito bowls, the diet coke from the machine is... coke (not diet coke), there are no napkins in the dispensers and every single table is filthy. This place is the worst? This location is consistently running 20-30 minutes behind. There are 3 other locations within a couple... miles that don?t have this problem. I?m assuming it?s a management issue because this location seems to have extremely pooremployee development and the turnover rate seems pretty high since there are always new faces. Read more
I?ve given this location so many opportunities and each time I have a horrible dining experience. Doesn?t matter if you go... inside the restaurant, or order online for delivery or pickup. The food quality is not on par with other Chipotle locations. Thechicken is always mealy and chopped up too finely. If you order double portions of meat, it?s never as much as you would receiveat other locations. I?ve gotten burnt chips on many locations. Another review mentioned the guacamole having extra large chunksof avocado. Just another example of poor food preparation. There?s no quality assurance regarding the food. The service ishorrendous. I?ve order guacamole at this location multiple times and they don?t make it correctly. They don?t take the time to crush the... avocados. This time, there was half an avocado, in tact, in the small plastic cup of guacamole. What?s the point? Read more
I put an order in the app and when I went I went to pick it up it was not in the pickup area. Talked to a crew member gave them... my name and told me that it should be out there. Surprise apparent some Jen stole our order. Dumb design to have the pick upseparate with no one checking orders. So they had to find my order and redo it. Figured should not be long, just a chicken bowland kids quesadilla. After 10 minutes I asked the lady who was doing take out when is she going to do my order since she was notobviously doing it. The girl in the line was making and so I waited and additional 5 minutes when I asked what the hold up wasshe looked at our order and said it was ready. I checked our order and it was missing items. A great place to get Chipotle in the Lake Ridge area February 2022 saw this restaurant chain open its 3000 stores in the United... States with their ultimate goal being 7000 stores in the US. I have been to many of their locations. They specialize in bowlsand burritos with fresh ingredients cooked and prepared where the consumer can see them. This particular one is located in theLake Ridge area. Google maps will take you right to it but it is in a busy traffic area and so may be a little challenging toarrive at for people new to the area. It is on the northeast corner of the Prince William Parkway and 294. It is up on a hillnestled in between a McDonald's and a Mediterranean restaurant. There are about 25 parking spaces so when it is busy you mayhave to park in an adjacent lot. We ordered online and the food was ready when we arrived for the pickup. The restaurant wasclean and not very busy when we were there. Our order was ready with our name and we picked it up and departed. The prices wereconsistent for the area and the meal and the food were good but the portion amount for a chicken bowl seemed small when comparedto several other Chipotle restaurants we have visited. Overall, it was a good meal at a reasonable price that I would stillrecommend to other travelers. Read more
