been eating at cold stone for over a decade now and its usually pretty good but every time I order it from uber eats they skimp... out on all the toppings I paid extra for. I'll get an everybody size and pay for 7-10 brownies and they'll only put in like 2 or3. Out of the dozens of times I've ordered in the past 2 years they only got it right once but every time I go in person theyput in everything I ask for. We placed a delivery order through the website. Doordash, their chosen 3rd party vendor, delivered the wrong order to our house.... It took us 4 phone calls and 45 minutes (most of which was trying to figure out the owner of the wrong order) for cold stonereps to decide to redo the order and arrange for a new delivery person. I know they are probably busy tonight, but the customerservice here was ridiculous. To follow up, the new order was never placed by the manager who promised to take care of it."Lay", who purports to be the Saturday night manager, should absolutely be demoted for her attitude and mishandling of thesituation. I was in this particular store on July 20th with my service animal and was questioned more than allowed by ADA standards. I was... treated rudely by two people claiming to be the Store Manager, one whose name is Chris. He told me I needed to leave or I willbe escorted out. I also called the store afterwards to speak to a Store Manager and again, was treated horribly by Chris. Aftercalling customer service many times I still have not gotten any feedback. If this is how they treat customers with disabilities,I WOULD NOT recommend visiting this establishment. Read more
Could of been better - good customer service but the ice cream instantly started melting even before stepping out the door. No... AC in the whole place & no seating outside to enjoy your ice cream. Read more
The pace was very busy. Lots of people in line, however the employees were serving the customers very fast. I had the fact there... are no seats to eat in the store or outside. Otherwise good customer service. And very good ice cream. I enjoy every time I go. Read more
Customer service sucked. Worker making fun of the customers. Ended up leaving with no ice cream because the service was so bad.
