Did a pick up order . Walked in an stood at the counter for about 4min . There?s a lady, a guy and I?m guessing the boss. (Had... on a different color shirt telling the employee something to do). This store is ran by young kids. Something As simple as putting the garlic crust is always forgotten. It takes second to pour it... on the pizza are you kidding me? It?s every time I order this happens and I ordered delivery today. Last time I ordered carryout & I asked them to please don?t forget to put the garlic sauce on the crust and when I went to pick it up they still forgot. Read more

The so called shift supervisor has zero customer service skills. He blamed me for the store losing my order. Now how a store can... lose 3 pizzas in less that 5 minutess after they marked them as ready to pick up is confounding. He told me I should go home tofind my pizza order online because I didnt order it from that store. I refused to leave till I received my order at which pointhe repeated that I did not place the order with his store and told me to leave the store then directed another employee to callthe police. (One of the other employees found the order in their computer system in 60 seconds. It was placed with their storeand they had marked it as complete and ready to pick up.) The man who picked up right before me only received half his order.The woman who came in after me was also told they didnt have her order and she pointed out it was just pulled out of the oven.There are some nice people that work here, but the manager is rude and incompetent and should be fired. He made no effort toresolve the issue and didnt even bother to appologize. I will NEVER order from Dominos as long as he has a job with them. Thisis not the first time they have lost my order. I have received the wrong order twice, & had the order lost once before this. Thecredit card machines have been broken for about a year and I was on one occasion told I had to pay with cash. Because I only hada credit card I was refused the pizza I had ordered online. Last time, even though my order included soda, the store was out andsaid they were unable to remove the item from the order. Another time, they said all their soda was warm. (Why they couldnt putit in the fridge baffles me... they had 20 minutes.) I have no clue why anyone would deal with this or why they are even stillin business at this point. I ordered qty 2, 3 topping pizzas.......the order was correct, didnt take too long, staff were pleasant and... professional.......but seriously, this order and about the last 4 times have had rather skimpy toppings. Other than thepepperoni on 1 of the pizzas, you really have to struggle to get all 3 toppings on a slice. Im not sure why the toppings wereso light, but see the pics for yourself. Everything was great except for the quantity of the toppings. Update 4-26-22: placedan order for 2 large 7.99 3 topping pizzas deal. The 3rd pic is a brooklyn crust pepperoni/chicken/onion, and the 4th pic is athin crust chicken/bacon/onion pizza. Both were really good this time. Still could be a little more chicken but more than lasttime, so they earned a star. Thanks so much! Read more

CLOSE THIS STORE! If you order from this location I can guarantee you one of several things: 1) You will receive a pizza that... is NOT cut properly and you will NEED to use a pizza cutter to cut the pizza the rest of the way. This is not normal for a majorpizza chain to mess up something as basic as cutting pizzas correctly. 2) You will have orders canceled within business hourswith no explanation or call. Sometimes on Friday night between 5pm-8pm, you might still have your order canceled and told thereare no delivery drivers. 3) The chances your handtossed pizza is fresh is nearly 0%. Any given time of day, when you order apizza, you are ordering from a rack of pre-stretched doughballs (which dries out and destroys the taste by the time it iscooked). This would also explain why the pizzas are difficult to cut. 4) XL pizzas are cut into 6 slices, but theseconsistently get cut incorrectly, leaving 2 huge slices and 4 small slices. There are markers on the box that show you where tocut. People on the cut table aren't trained, don't care, or both. I have received a large pizza in an extra large box before aswell. 5) You will get chicken "wings" that are just scraps of heavily breaded chicken, which they instruct employees not tosell to customers (see pic). 6) Have you ever ordered a 9 piece brownie cookie and received 8 pieces? AVOID THIS STORE! Another Failure: ordered delivery online, then they called 20 min later saying they aren't delivering tonight,... and they'd have to redo the whole order, after I was already charged over $50. This store needs new Management! A Few Monthsago: Ordered a Meat lovers and asked for Bacon instead of Sausage. They remove sausage and no bacon and barely put any othertoppings on.
