Came to Fuddruckers to try something new. Sign on the front says they have a food shortage due to supply lines, but they're out... of shakes, wings, and the soda machine doesn't have anything in it. We came in between lunch and dinner, so the restaurantobviously wasn't busy and they didn't need much for staffing, but even with that in mind it seemed fairly stressed and rushedwith only one person working the front and one seen in the kitchen. The food itself was......adequate. We got what we ordered,and it was fairly ok. But it feels like the quality could have been better. The restaurant as a whole looks great though. The food is always great here. The burgers are made to order and they have good portions. The staff is super nice and always... willing to assist. I think they are short handed because the manager has to prep food, get orders ready as well as run thecash register. Not sure if the owner is willing to hire more employees because this has been going on for quite some time. Another thing the owner is not doing is replacing the seat cushions (see pics below). More than half of the booths look thisway. Also, the soap dispensers in the Mens bathroom are just laying on the counter and not hanging on the wall. It looks likesomeone just left them there and has no intentions on hanging them or filling them with soap. They?ve been this way for months! Read more
I never write reviews but I can't help but express my frustration with my last visit at this location. Full disclosure- I love... Fuddruckers and have been going there for years but my latest experience was disappointing. Ordered in advance by phone fortake out and when I got to the location, they had one cashier working, taking orders in the restaurant and on the phone. Iasked if someone could check me out real quick as my food was done and they told me no and I had to wait in line. After waiting20 minutes to pay for my order, I get the food and noticed it was wrong. They charged me for a full order of onion rings whenwe just wanted an onion ring added to one of the burgers. Manager comes out to give me a refund and hear my frustration. Thenhe couldn't refund me and I had to wait again while the cashier finished up 2 other orders. (Although they had 3 registers upthere) 30 minutes after arrival and my food is cold. So disappointing. Read more
Hands down one of the best burger spots around here. Fair prices, great burgers, and even better people. Only thing I think I... could ask for more of are the fries. But that's because they're so good! Keep up all the hard work. Read more
- food was really good and had pretty decent flavor but honestly just one step up from like Burger King, McDonald's, etc.... Nothing over the top but still really good. - staff are nice and patient with people. - place was clean and organized. -prices for the food is good and you get a decent amount for the price you pay. - plenty of parking in the area. - overall nota bad experience, I'd recommend this location. Fuddruckers is a dying breed. It's one of the few places where you can get your burger cooked to order and the patties are... huuuge! I love crushing a delicious burger from Fuddruckers any day of the week but of course that's a bit overboard. You canbuild your own burger masterpiece assembly line style and you can customize your coca cola beverage with different flavors. Thefacility itself has such a tall ceiling that there is plenty of atmosphere to keep you feeling fresh while your chomping away???? Read more
The burgers were cooked to perfect temperature, and I love the old fashioned shakes they have. My only critics are the breaded... onion rings on the menu are actually battered. You have to pay extra for fries?! There was no mustard, only honey mustard. Read more
Called ahead and picked up. Food is always delicious. Consistent as well. I like the variety of burger types and sizes. Only... place I know that has a consistent buffalo burger that is not over the top in extras and price. You get to personalize yourburger with toppings from the "bar" and they have all types of additional grill items (additional price) as well. (Bacon,mushrooms, onions, etc) But for someone who just likes cheese LTM. It's nice to not have to deal with, and yet pay foruncustomizing a burger. They also have really good shakes. Read more
