Very nice owner. But the issue I had with this company was that they served my guest stale sandwiches. The bread was rock hard.... (So embarrassing) I ordered the Picnic Platter for 29 people. So 29 stale old sandwiches were served to my guest ????. I throughthe majority of the sandwiches away after the event because no one wanted to eat them. The pasta was good, the pickles thatsubstituted the brownies were subpar. I was told by Stephanie that the food would be served to my guests but it wasn?t. Theyset the food up buffet style. So my table settings were way off. We wanted the white plate on top of the gold charges beforepeople sat down. Long story short, I?m only giving 3 stars because the owner was so nice and they cleaned up after the event. Read more

Authentic Venezuelan food. I absolutely love this place. Every time you walk in, you feel you're walking into grandma's dinner.... Super cozy, comfortable and welcoming. The great thing is that their food is not only Venezuelan. They have all types of foodavailable too and they also provide catering. Read more

I went to this place because my friend said it was great, so I went with him and my kid to try it. The minute we entered the... place, there was no one to say hello, we didn't know if we should order at the counter or if they have menus. Then a waitresscame and told us to choose a table. About 5 minutes after, she came with the menus, so I ordered 4 empanadas, a "hot" dog for mykid and 2 maltas (venezuelan carbonated malt beverage), I also ordered a soup for my friend because he went to the restroom atthat moment, but I forgot to order him something to drink. More than 15 min later, the waitress came with my friend's order, but not ours, or the drinks, no apologies. As the waitress was placing my friend's soup at the table, I told him I forgot toorder something for him to drink, she interrupted me saying I did, and then I clarified that I ordered only two drinks, she cameback with our drinks, which she didn't bother to open, but not my friend's. Again, no apologies. After a long wait, my empanadasarrived, in a basket and some napkins, no plates. Now, in Venezuela you eat them with your hands on a napkin, you don't needplates for that, but since I know many people put so much onion, garlic and tomatoes, I usually take them out, I didn't want tocreate a mess at the table so I asked the waitress for a plate. She came with my friend's drink and my plate, but the "hot" dogwas not near in sight, so I asked her how much time we would need to wait for the "hot" dog, she said it would be a fewminutes. My kids love hot dogs, I usually make them at home, in less than 3 min if I use the microwave, just put the darn thingin water, 2 min in the microwave, heat the bun for 15 sec, add ketchup and voila! done. In a busy restaurant, it would besomewhat understandable to wait a little longer for a simple hot dog, and not even, but there were only six more people at thatmoment in the restaurant! Finally, the "hot" dog arrived, undercooked and cold, again no apologies fr Read more
