Hi I?m Alex and I came into ihop today by myself. So I sat down and decided to go to the bathroom but when I came back I saw... they took all my stuff up and was about to seat ppl at my table. My first thought was wow I can?t even go to the bathroom for asec? I decided to cancel the hot chocolate cause what?s the point of ordering another one no apology was given. Then I ordered 4orders of corn beef hash but I only got two orders which was burnt didn?t want to wait for more because it?s busy. My 2x2x2came out before my corn beef hash didn?t come together. I must say that the level of service from the hostesses, bus-boy, waiters/waitresses and eventhe manager (Mike) was outstanding! Everyone was so attentive to us that it felt like I was inside of a warm farmhouse full ofgreat and wonderful people of all kind. The food was properly prepared and served with so much love and warmth that it meltedin our mouths, and was also very delicious. My daughter ordered a classic burger similar to a BLT and I got a spicy poblanoegg-white omelet w/out the spicy poblano peppers and a side of protein pancakes with hot syrup and extra butter. I had been to IHOP since COV. So I was presently surprised. New layout, CLEAN bathrooms. The meal added to this. My husband had... the Breakfast Sampler (actually more than he could eat). Service was great. The food not so much. It started with the watered down coffee. I asked for eggs over medium. The yolk was... completely runny. The French toast was cold like it's been sitting there for a while. This location has changed so much in theirfood quality. I'm disappointed and won't be coming back. Ordered pick up. They bring me food and tell me they don't have all my charge they don't have coins. We'll charge me less. if... you took the the change of every customer your bottom line would be substantially increased. I want all my coins back all 78cents! Read more
I came here today with a friend and the service was terrible! We got seated and nobody came to take our order or even ask us for... drinks until 40 minutes later when my friend had to ask a server if someone can take our order. Our server eventually gave thefood and then disappeared again. I had to go to the front in the middle of my meal and wait for 5 minutes until I found someoneand requested for my server. I?ve worked at restaurants before and am very understanding but the service in there wasridiculous, they don?t care about the customers at all.
