Ice machine is down, using your membership card shuts down their system and the fish is kept in too long

Delicious food. They have really good köfte which you can get in multiple types - meat, chicken, plant, veggie. It comes with... lingo berry sauce and gravy, mashed potatoes and veggies. Very delicious! Also cinnamon buns, ice cream, and icees are good!They have nice greke salad and desserts too. I use to go to the IKEA Restaurant all the time when my kiddos were small about 6 years ago. We went back after all those years... since we were shopping to honest I was not too impressed the quality has definitely gone down. Read more

Quality of food has changed since pandemic but because I missed their meatball dish and chicken finger, I enjoyed it this... time. They did not have cheesecake so that was a bummer. Pie was good. Sauce cup wasn?t there so I asked for another plate forsauce. I am not sure if it was just a one time thing. Table has cleaned ? sign and ? sign for uncleaned. This made it easierand felt safe seating down to enjoy my meal. Read more

Post pandemic it's not too bad. You need to wait line to get an assigned table so that it's adequately spaced from other diners.... You're handed a tray and your table is assigned a number. Then you can get in line for food. Everything else is the same asbefore. Food is pretty good, prices are great. Leave your tray and dishes on the table, though. My wee grandson enjoyed goingfor an Ikea treat like we used to do before the pandemic. Almost back to normal! Read more

The quality of the food and the service has went down tremendously since they reopened. The first issue I noticed was the 30... minute time limit, which I didn't think too much of personally, but thinking back, 30 minuets is not a long time. Next is thefood portion sizes, they changed the size of the toast to a smaller size and they halved the cake slice sizes. They don't allowusing the drink fountain making refills impossible. I tend to get the elderflower drink and the boxed versions are so small.With the fountain I'd get 3 refills before I leave. Some things are slightly misleading as well. I have attached a photo of thecontainer the cakes come in and the nutrition facts are wrong.(unless the cake slices are truly 0 calories) also they offersalads with a promise of a select dressing, but you don't get the dressing till after the purchase. This wasn't an issue untilthey didn't have the dressing that came with my salad. Our experience with has been awful. We ordred two cabinets with (4) doors and (3) out of (4) were damaged. We ordered (3) more... to be delivered because the store couldnt get stock locally and we had to wait (6) weeks and (1) out of (3) came damaged. Thepacking was terrible! no wonder they come damaged. No customer service to speak to this has been an awful experince. Read more
