Will refuse to serve you if you order multiple hot subs at a time

The workers were very pleasant and the store was clean. The sandwich itself was not good. The bread was chewy. The sandwich was... as flat as paper. You couldn't tell there was meat and veggies in it. There was hardly any meat, oil, and vinegar. Would notrecommend eating here again because the price was too high for a sandwich that hardly had anything on it. Read more

Ordered a BLT sub with extra bacon. Opened sandwich up and it had cold and greasy pre cooked bacon on it. Had to take the other... half of sub home so I could heat the bacon up in the microwave. Cashier said they could not toast the bread or heat up thebacon. Will not be back Read more

I got the Zesty turkey club and the sandwich was a little sloopy but the bread was really good. The service was really fast. The... chips were okay but too salty. Read more

We were extremely pleased with our experience at the Merchant's Plaza Jimmy Johns in Woodbridge. The first contact we had was... with Quianna, by phone, who was very pleasant and helpful. Then with Christian when we went to the shop to place the order. Hetoo was helpful and courteous and gave suggestions. Again Quianna, was helpful when we picked up our order-which was ready evenbefore the scheduled time. We would highly recommend this location and will probably use them in the future. Way to GO!! This is our quick go to place since it is very easy, not too expensive, and we like their sandwiches. It is also nice to have an... option for when you might not get to your food right away. Jimmy Johns is a pretty basic menu in that it is just sandwiches andchips, but they are usually quick with the order (multiple times they had my order ready within 5 minutes) and have a pickupshelf that makes grab-and-go extra easy. The app also tells you when it is ready so you don't have to enter the store until yourorder is ready. There is a subway nearby, but my family prefers Jimmy Johns. We have eaten inside before, which is also prettybasic (just some hard benches with tables). Read more

What?s the point of doing an online order if you have to select everything yourself in store? My entire order should be prepared... and bagged already, not me having to ASK for things because my order isn?t properly fulfilled. You bag the chips but notcookies??? Make it make sense. Employees weren?t helpful or kind either. Read more

I've preferred Jimmy Johns for several years because they have great bread, quality ingredients and are insanely fast. However... I've notice that now you get less meat than before. I understand rising costs but I want a quality sandwich and I'll pay morefor it instead of them becoming a Subway and giving you a large bread roll and slivers of meat. Quality and speed as well asfriendliness of the staff and a clean restaurant gave them 4 stars. They need to go back to pre-covid and food costs when itcomes to serving size of the meats, I'll pay an extra $1 for it versus becoming a bread and lettuce sandwich like Subway. Read more
