I was there this morning with a mobile order via drive thru. I normally have a great experience at this location except today. I... was charged extra for an item that I used my points for. To make it easy for them I asked if I can just get an extra of thatitem and the manager was something else. I guess she is unaware of how the app works. So instead of apologizing, she assumed Ididn't know how to use it. Well after the back and forth and trying to show her my phone they went ahead and gave it to me butstill forgot to give me one thing. Seriously, how do you mess up a mobile order?? It was good, like any McDonald's. But the staff was really friendly and that made it better.
Employees don't pay attention to their job, don't take the order right. Also, they do not give you the full order to go. And... finally, they never answer the telephone to get any complaints about the undelivered food. Read more
One of my worst experience with this branch, the sign and google maps on their website says the dining area closed at 11 pm, we... arrived at 10, door locked, i tapped on glass to speak with someone and explained, the manager watched me, and she completelyignored me, i was with my 2 kids, on dec 16, one of my daughter and she in love with happy meal shocked when she saw that andshe decided and told me that?s very mean to ignore a customer!! brought a burnt burger back totally black, kid playing on his phone with his gloves goes to get fries in same gloves, same kid... laughing after manger ordered my food over in spanish . Went from being burnt to smashed greasy and totally disgusting. Also nosweet tea, my sandwich ordered for me by the manager in spanish. Point in serving food is to atleast try to make editable or isthis what we deserve for going here? Read more

I only eat here just before the evening rush or shortly thereafter. The place is always spotless during those times (including... the parking lot), employees are pleasant and the food is fresh and hot. I like the recent interior renovation and the MemorialDay decorations were a nice touch. I can't speak for the drive-thru service. Read more
