Food was how mcdonald's should taste. However had to wait 10 min at window 2 for a quarter pounder while cars behind me were... served quickly. And my food did not come out hot off the grill! Read more
*11/3/22 Recently went here and had an awkward with the lady at the window. She clearly didn't understand English by the disgust... and confused face she was making when I asked her a question multiple times. She just handed my drink, which was wrong, andproceed to hand me straws when I asked her for the right one. If you're going to have someone work the window then make surethey speak English or have an understanding of it. It's just plain rude of her to give me the look she gave like I was in thewrong. Long line. Handed me wrong order. Asked what I ordered. My App wouldn't work. None of my food was hot. Prices too hi without... being able to use app. As busy as they were the food should be hot. Especially Fries. Read more
McDonald?s on 14362 Gideon in Woodbridge impressed me!!! The service in the drive thru was extremely fast..Less than 5 minutes!... Big Mac was fresh, fries were fresh and hot. The service was great. The employee, I believe Ann, was very nice. She said ?thankyou so much!? In a genuine tone. She told me ?Have a wonderful day, sir!? Very respectful. One of the better McDonald?sexperiences I?ve had. Please be careful and check your food thoroughly if you visit this McDonald?s. There was hair in my food. The hair was in the... pancake. Absolutely disgusting. Apparently the staff at this McDonald?s do not wear a hair cover when handling food. I willnever ever eat from this place again. This is how people get sick from nasty filthy germs. Horrible experience. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken was not edible so I politely asked for another and... explained what was wrong with it. The manager said that she would fix it, but 20 minutes later they still hadn't started on thesandwich so I asked the lady behind the counter for a refund..she tried to tell the manager a few times that I wanted a refundand the manager kept blowing her off.. I had to wait another 8 minutes before The manager acknowledged me.... horrible service! Read more
