The first time that I ate at this location, I was really underwhelmed. I decided to give it a second try and left feeling about... the same. The restaurant is clean and spacious. The menu has a lot of options and our food was quick. However, the prices aremuch too high for the quality of food. We had an appetizer and three meals and found that most of the food was not fresh. Notlike it was pre-assembled, but like it was kept hot for too long and had dried out and gotten hard. We might have enjoyed it ifit were actually fresh. Our server was efficient, but not friendly at all. Very cold from the first words spoken to us. She didnot write our order down and it came out wrong. She did fix the issue. Had some issues this past visit when celebrate my brother in law's birthday. First, they would sit us in a location away from... the door because they said it was closed even though the restaurant was less than 10-15% occupied. Then it look almost 1 hr toget our food. Some got all you can enchiladas and it took forever to get 2nd order. No one got 3rd order since the service wasso slow. The food was okay but it just wasn't a good experience thus time around. Came in on Sunday June 26th 2022. First time eating here and it will definitely be my last! Lady that was working there... apparently got into an altercation with the rest of the staff. I came in right as the cops were trying to throw her into thecar?. Was seated and wasn?t waited on until 20 mins later. Was told by a Caucasian male that my waiter was outside talking tothe cops but he offered to bring chips out and get us started with drinks. Drinks took another 20 mins and finally our waitergreeted us and said I?m gonna put you guise food in before the kitchen closes?.. mind you my wife and I were there since 8pm. Mywife is allergic to beef so she wanted to get the nachos without meat and I ordered the honey fried shrimp. Food came out andher meal came with steak on the nachos?. The two orders of shrimp I ordered were over cooked. Had to take the batter off to eatit. Once we got our food we couldn?t get anything else to drink nor did we receive any napkins or even a glass of water to washthe food down. Wasted 100 bucks for terrible service and poor food. This was the first time trying this place. The waitress was very nice. We got seated immediately, the place wasnt busy at all.... We ordered the chicken and shrimp fajita combo and a beer. According to hubby his beans and rice were seasoned pretty well. Theveggies were okay too. Made a Fajita with the chicken it was okay. Made one with the shrimp and that was it...unfortunately Iasked hubby to tasted then I had to run to the restroom. The SHRIMP WAS BAD. Got back to the table and drank most of hubbies toget the taste out if my mouth. The waitress was apologetic and she said they tasted and it was bad. Very bad experience. I don't know what happened to this beautiful and delicious restaurant, now it's dirty, liquid spilled... everywhere on the floor, the service very, very slow (you have to wait a long time for drinks and food). The house margaritadrink is not full to the top and the tequila is not added and you have to wait more than 10 minutes. I had to wait for almost 20minutes for the food and it was dry and burned, the taste is terrible (the ingredients together and not separately so that ithas a little flavor) He left the photos for you to see what I'm talking about.
