I really like papa John's they have really great pizza but the employees... My dad went to order a pizza and one of the... employees making our pizza had a nose bleed and he had no gloves on. He proceeded to go to the restroom and wash his hands andcontinued making the pizza. Gross. Read more

Customer service was great, my order was ready on time and.my friends enjoyed the pizza.
Ordered almost $90 worth of food last night of which was a large meatball pepperoni pizza, got home with the order and opened... the box to find a plain cheese pizza. When we called the store to see about rectifying the order we were told they were aware ofthe mix up bc when they keyed in the order the ?meatball pizza? button (is that a thing?) would not key in. But instead of idktalking to the kitchen to tell them the REAL order or telling us it wont key in and asking if there was anything else we wouldlike they just decided on their own that a plain cheese pizza would suffice! They then said we were welcome to drive all the wayback to the restaurant to get our real and correct order instead of offering to have it delivered (in which I did ask if theycould just deliver it due to the inconvenience at which they were at fault for) and they said no bc our original order was notdelivery, great job making up for such inconvenience. Then they said they would put in a credit for a free large meatballpepperoni pizza on out next order and took our name number and email stating they would send verification and yet here it is thenext day and still no verification of said credit. I ordered from Papa Johns this evening and when I tell you the disappointment.. I selected ?no contact delivery? which I... understand means that it is left on your doorstep. I also understand that ?delivery? means confirmation from the consumer thatit?s been received. I was not notified that my food had been delivered. Their tracking app is down online so I couldn?t trackand the driver didn?t so much as even ring the doorbell!!! I will not be ordering from this location anymore. Read more
