Clean and good to eat. Friendly young staff. Not sure why this is located in this area when it is more appropriate for the... Arlington scene. Very healthy. Unusual offering compared to everywhere else. Lots of choices. You need to give a littlethought to what you are asking for vs pricing but the unlimited choices for the one protein bowl worked very well for us. Irecommend making a point to try it sometime. The staff was courteous and the dining area was clean but our three orders of Ramen were very underwhelming. The pork chatusu... smelled funny, was sliced too thick, and was not at all tender. I would suggest opting to spend a little more and plan to travela greater distance if you really want a quality bowl of ramen. We will not be returning. Read more

This combination is gluten free and dairy free. 1. Base: White Rice 2.Protein: Ahi Tuna, Salmon 3. Sauce: Coconut Cream, Sriracha Aioli 4. Toppings: Seaweed Salad, Edamame, Hijiki Seaweed, Furikake,Avocado 5. Crunches: Roasted Seaweed, Macadamia Nut, Sesame Seeds *Asked for extra sauce at the end. I had a great experience being at this location. There were plenty of social distancing notifying signs and stickers along the... floor. The facilities are very clean too. The workers wore masks and were extremely helpful in suggesting bowl creations whenmy wife and I were stuck on trying to find the right combo. The food, while absolutely delicious, was a little confusing inknowing what tasted like what. Thankfully the workers were understanding and gave good pointers on what's spicy and sweet.
