Chicken tasted a little differently cooked. Not the consistent popeyes everyone loves. Almost like supermarket chicken passing... as popeyes. They were out of tenders, (told I could wait 37 min for them) out of mac and cheese. Guy at the window was nice, butfrustrated because he didn't have help that day. This place likely doesn't have enough staff. If you buy through the drive through, you pay at the window then have to pull... around the front of the building to wait for your food. I worked at Wendy's and I know that throwing chicken strips into a fryertakes about 4-6 minutes, with fries needing 2-3 minutes in a deep fryer. Yet somehow my order took a full 20 minutes? Fries weresoggy and tasted like straight up butter, nasty. Pretty sure someone punched (or shot?) a hole in the plate glass window outfront which they "fixed" by taping cardboard over it. Waited in line at a drive thru for about 30 minutes. The food was cold/lukewarm and then told after paying that ?they were out... of bbq sauce for the day?. Then I was told they were out of sweet tea as well. So I get a coke and it turns out to top off themeal experience it was flat and off tasting. Possibly diet. The person at the register must have been new. I made an online order for pick up and they forgot my soda and my side of mashed... potatoes and gravy. Also, they gave me the wrong chicken sandwich. I asked for regular and they gave me spicy. Read more

First off when we went through the drive through the person taking the order informed us that they were only taking cash. I then... asked if I could use a 100.00 bill and she said no she didn't have enough change. How is that possible if all your taking iscash? I offered to pay for the person behind me and she finally agreed. I ordered a 5 piece chicken box and 6 piece tender. Iasked for hot sauce and she said they didn't have any. No paper plate things either. The girl at the register was unprofessionaland kept playing around with her kiddo co workers. Can't imagine where a manager was with all this. I got home only to find thetenders noticeably raw and the chicken pieces completely overcooked and old. This is the not the first time or even the secondtime the food has been completely nasty. I will not be giving this Popeyes another chance. Honestly one of the best popeyes i?ve ever gone to. Service was nice, and the workers were all super kind to me and my kids. Had... an overall good time. Worker even held the door for me. One of my kids dropped their sauce and the workers didn?t even lookslightly annoyed. The worker came on over said everything was alright and cleaned the mess right up. They gave us new saucesafter. Went to the Popeyes at 14400 Jefferson Davis Highway, Woodbridge, VA 22191 and was severely disappointed by the results of the... food. I ordered a 14 piece chicken tenders, with two large fries. Half the tenders were the size of a nugget and the large frieswere half full. The attached photo is what the fries looked like upon opening the box. I spoke to the cashier and she respondedpoorly by stating she did it exactly to order. She is also the one who packed our food. There was zero attempt to even try andcommunicate with the customer.
