I?ve been going here (Woodbridge) for years and the customer service has gone down hill steadily. The short young girl who works... the register is the worst. She has a bad attitude and doesn?t pay attention to your order. She unapologetically gets orderswrong keeps you waiting while she is hanging out in the back and treats customers like they are bothering her. Most times thefood was good but sometimes they give you too much bone not enough meat or chunks of meat you can?t even chew. I overlooked itin the past but like another reviewer said there are other places to get African food where you can get a better experience.Here most of the time you?re waiting is just to place your order because no one is watching out for customers. This was my LASTvisit EVER because I waited 30 minutes while shooing away roaches only for them to try and give me the wrong order and tell meit was my fault. They have enough African customers who will put up with this mess so they probably don?t even recognize howpoorly they are running their business and I think they will never change, they?ll just get worse. Very poor customer service. Restaurant attendants are very rude and would never recommend this restaurant especially the... Woodbridge branch to anyone. I think this uncivilized girl who?s been brought from a certain village in Ghana to work at theWoodbridge branch of Rahama needs to be talked to . What do I lose as a customer if I?m not allowed to eat or buy from Rahama? Iwas so mad when a friend told me, he was ordering food on phone with another friend and this uncouth girl thought it was me andstarted shouting and made all sort of derogatory remarks when my friend went in there to pick up his order. I must make itclear here to that idiot of a girl that Rahama isn?t the only place they sell Ghanaian dishes. I can drive to anywhere to findGhanaian meals even in Washington DC. My review was based on my personal experience and that wasn?t the first time but thethird time with same person and that pushed me to give a review. I have been buying from Rahama before she was brought from hervillage to work there. I never had any customer service issues with any one until she came there. She should be careful of herattitude towards customers since I?m not the only one complaining about her poor attitude to customers. Other people may notcome here to share their experiences but they say it elsewhere to dent the image of the restaurant. If she wants a good review,then She must learn to exhibit good customer service attitudes other than her uncouth utterances and mannerisms towardscustomers. Here is USA and customer service is paramount to the success of a business so if the owners are so much interestedin the success of their business, they must caution this girl else her attitude can drive most of their customers away. Do not eat here smh...I have been sick the last two weeks after having some Waakye fish it tainted the beef and Jollof Rice and...
