The staff was friendly, but my server took a long time check on my table. I could see him chatting in the back with other... employees. I got a classic impossible burger. It would be nice if there were vegan cheese options, since it is a plant basedburger. My mom got fish and fries. The fish was cooked very well. All burgers are about $15 each. Fries are unlimited. Came here on a Thursday night and they were not busy at all. Our server was very friendly but she didn?t write down our order... and forgot I wanted sugar on my margarita rather than salt. The table next to us was dirty when we sat down and stayed dirty theentire time we were there, which was about an hour and some change. It wasn?t anything terrible but the restaurant wasn?t evenbusy and other tables were being cleaned from people that left after we sat down so that was pretty annoying. Our drinks fromthe bar took forever to get to us and there was nobody sitting at the bar nor was the bartender busy. Lastly the glasses we gotfrom the bar were not clean, which the bartender should be paying attention to. SUMMARY: We enjoyed the food, but most everything else was I'll let down. We like Red Robin but we do not recommend this... location. FOOD: Royal burger was wonderful. SERVICE: Waitress was abrupt & less than friendly. Also failed to offer drinkor fry refills. FACILITY: Great location adjacent to Potomac Mills, Walmart, & Sam's Club. Unfortunately the restaurantitself was not maintained. Sad because It has obviously been updated so the furnishings are good. Food was good, staff was friendly. They added some new menu items but still have a lot of old favorites.

Average service. Our first table we was placed next to a very loud and uncontrollable child, our 2nd table had an ant... infestation. My "box" pizza had no flavor. Imagine eating a pizza and the cheese has no flavor, the sauce taste like the 4 packpizzas from the freezer section in the grocery store. My wife and kids didn't enjoy their meals because the Ants wanted to dinewith us. I would look somewhere else. Read more

Unfortunately this was not a good visit. The waitress was very nice and I'm sure very busy, but service was not as good as I'm... sure it could have been if they had the staff the needed. We got the boneless buffalo wings, zucchini fries and seriously meetPizza. The zucchini fries were over breaded and all you tasted was the breading. The pizza was not as good as we had hoped Iwould say the best part were the boneless buffalo wings. For dessert we were hoping to have milkshakes but unfortunately theirice cream machine was broken.
