Salad bar gets 5 stars. Service gets 1 star. We were the first customers in the restaurant. We needed a minute to look at the... menu and the waitress forgot about us. After 20 min (yes, 20 min) I find her over there chatting it up with the manager. I wavedand said we were ready to order. The next words out of her mouth was, oh shoot. The salad bar was pretty good and freshly stocked. The entrees could have been better. The chicken sandwich was sad looking and... the bread was stale. The Asiago bacon chicken was pretty good but the mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli were lukewarm atbest. Read more

Two words: Never Again. The waitress overcharged us and rushed us through the payment process instead if letting us review the... check first. Fortunately the manager was able to refund us. The food was not good, flavor lacking, entrees were not hot either.Meats used here are frozen and not fresh and it shows. There wasn't even salt pepper or ketchup at the table to get through it. Took my uncle here for his birthday on 7/22/21, because we wanted a good burger and did not want to go any where fancy. Well let... me tell you. Didn't think we would be dinning with the dogs, literally... This party literally brought their little dogs todinner or for a play date. Literally when our appetizers arrive the group pulls out their little dogs and starts a photo oppfilled with cute selfies with their dogs and group photos. Of course they had to end it with the customary kissing the dog inthe mouth scene. Not to mention this table was eating from the salad bar and right next to a table with a family. For the recordthese were not service dogs. This was a group of ppl with little house/lap dogs, 5 in total. I was truly disappointed andhonestly they should be shutdown for this unsanitary mess. The kitchen was busy so the food was mediocre at best. The burgerwas dry and was delivered lukewarm at best. At this time, they are charging more money for less food and the options suck sincethe menu changed. The waitress was struggling and only 3 were working. You had to ask her for everything at least twice andwait at least 10 to 15 minutes to receive it. They literally was so backed up from being at full capacity and accepting 3restaurants food orders, they had to close their kitchen to incoming customers for 2 hrs. Ruby Tuesday has really upped their game! I used to be a regular at TGIF but the service steadily worsened and the food was very... inconsistent. Sometimes it'd be great and other times it was edible. However as TGIF has gone downhill Ruby has gone up! Istarted visiting this location I want to say about 3 years ago and have never been disappointed! The food is always great andthe service is fast and friendly! Also maybe not important for everyone but I'm still a kid at heart and absolutely love thatthey have tater tots as a side option! I like fries but love freaking tater tots! Also if you haven't tried their UltimateCrispy Chicken Sandwich you most definitely should! One of the absolute best I've ever had! Read more
