Updage 5: 11/18/2022 I raised the rating to 3 stars, i am starting to see some marked improvement. Unfortunately a couple... cashiers have obnoxious behaviora. UPDATE 4 10/5/22: Dropped a star because of an issue with checkout. I was rung up 2x and I amnot even sure why? Apparently he charged me for only 2 of my product instead of 4, but with everything else it added up to thetotal I had in my head. Then the cashier said he only gave charged me for 2, so voila I needed to pay another $5. I was confusedand asked for the receipt and I went out to review the receipts. He ended up giving me the receipt for the $5 and the otherreceipt was for gas that totaled $0. I was livid but whatever, I should know better. I don't understand why I always have issuesat this store. If you want a friendly cashier at a sheetz go on prince william Parkway, every time I go in and see him I alwayswalk out feeling good. I will keep going to this sheetz because it's near the ice rink. I am hoping I can raise this review asthe days go on. UPDATE 3 9/29/22 at 19:34 Dropped to 2 stars.. Stopped in to pick up the product i get from the other storesand there was only 1 left. I determined that if the product is out, ask the clerk to check the stores behind counter. Thecashier refused to look, and confidently stated that's all we have left. I asked again would you please check and he said no. Okthen, poor customer service -1 star. UPDATE 3: 3 stars I raised the review 2 stars because they've been good about stocking myproduct here, or they'll search through the store of products behind the counter. UPDATE 2: I despise when companies claim the"national supply shortage" is somehow some nebulous issue with no root cause.Back during the height of COVID, there were nosupply shortages. Usually I love sheetz. But this location is just bad. Energy is bad and customer service is bad. I went in on the 23rd of July... to grab a quick breakfast and the mini donettes I got we already expired on the 18th. Now....why didn't I look, I really didn'tthink I'd have too. This is also isn't the first time I've had problems here...i remebera few Years back I ordered a burrito andit had a Roach in it. ....idk what made me look...but it was there. I love Sheetz. This in no way me saying that I don't. My fiancé and I stopped for food this afternoon. Always a pleasant... experience and 99 out of 100 times our order is perfect. Today it was not. I ordered a mint milkshake. My fiancé ordered abanana milkshake with peanut butter. The shakes we got weren't what we ordered. He got a peanut butter shake and I got a greenshake but in no way was it mint. It was banana. Hopefully whoever made them was just having an off day. Our food was perfect asusual. Read more
Ordered a carved turkey sandwich with toasted sourdough and pickles. The sandwich was a carved turkey but wasn't toasted or had... pickles. I also ordered a chicken tenders sandwich with pepper jack cheese which was missing from my sandwich. The final strawwas I ordered Boom boom sauce to go with my cheese curds to find the plastic container had not been properly closed and most ofthe sauce spilled into the bottom of the bag. Of course, after speaking to the manager, the only solution would be for me todrive my a** back to the store for another meal. Sorry, but the sloppy and shoddy service was not my fault and the managershould have offered to refund my payment. He didn't. So I love sheetz well did especially after my order today. I ordered one of my favorites I have saved which is a simple slider... with basic toppings ketchup, mayo, pickels, an onion. But when I got it today it had extra toppings like lettuce an tomatoeswhich I dont eat nor do I like. An it's so sad because order there all the time. Would love to keep going but dont want what Ididnt ask for. An I get it people make mistakes but please next time pay more attention, someone could have been allergic. Read more
Great place to get gas and pick up drinks and snacks. Great place when you are traveling by car. It is an all-in-one stop on a... road trip. As a mother who travels a lot with kids, I love that aspect. It is less time off the road and less wrangling kidsback in the car. Read more
