Bland pad thai and burnt dumplings! How disappointing!!! Definitely not the quality you look forward to whether you dine in or... get food delivered. Today, 7/8/21, we ordered our usual from here, beef kaprow (sp?) And the portions were disappointingly small. Now, we order from... here almost once a week and have throughout the whole pandemic, that's $1200 a year! That dish is very good, great flavor. Butif they are gonna start skimping in the portions we might have to find a new Thai place. Hopefully not. Photo is fromtoday. Wanted in mention after reading many of the other reviews, we have had issues with the spice levels too. Ask for Thaispicy and it's not hot at all, or ask for regular and it's on ????! Also had issues with the lady taking the orders over thephone not able to understand what I was saying and getting frustrated with me and even hanging up! Cozy and warm place for a nice simple meal. Good for small groups. Ordered Thai green curry, pad kee mau and Thai fried rice.... There was nothing 'thai' about the fried rice, other than that, the food was really good. The girl serving us was really sweetand helped us pick the right dishes. Saw plenty of take-outs. Amazingly attentive service. Restaurant has a calm atmosphere and a good menu. My order was for pad Thai and a spring roll and... hot tea. I was brought my own pot of very good tea with the spring roll. The pad Thai was good. The kitchen customizes eachdish for spiciness. I asked for 2 on a 1-4 scale. I found my dish to be quite mild. The waitress then told me she asked for 1.5not a 2. I expected to get what I ordered. I prefer pad Thai with more bean sprouts. Mine was almost all rice noodles. We used to love Siam Bistro, but the last couple of orders have decreased in quality. The flavor just isn't there and the... noodles have been mushy, greasy and clumpy. Too bad as it used to be one of our favorites. The Thai Fried Rice is stilldelicious. Read more
