The bartender was very attentive. The place needs a good cleaning. The management apparently does not believe that cleanliness... is important. The food was decent, but there was an odd smell. The bottles of sauce were coated in something and you could notpour them without getting something on your fingers! Ypu can see the dirt in the pics I attached. I would never go back! Theowner responded and said that they wanted me to send them a personal email. No, I posted photos showing that the place wasdirty. If you want to do anything, clean the place and post pics of new or clean sauce containers, cleaned and sparkling floor. The place smelled dirty. Read more
Drove all the way here from Richmond Specifically for the loaded brisket nachos just to find out they had discontinued that item... and only had chicken…however our waitress Stephanie and the manager Paul were able to accommodate my request and made thebrisket nachos I had been craving. Brian's service was fantastic. He offered a personalized experience and suggested both food and drinks. The establishment was... clean and comfortable. The pandemic seems to have hit Smokey Bones pretty hard. It was Thursday afternoon during happy hour and there were only a... handful of people there. The food was decent but the service leaves a little to be desired. The bartender couldn't stay off herphone. She took our drink order and stopped to answer a text before making our drinks.The pretzels were good, but they didn'tput much cheese in the cup. Read more
Our server was very nice and the food was amazing! The baby back ribs were very tender and the sauce was so good. The sweet tea... was just perfect. The Halloween decorations were so cute . Our menu had sauce on it though and was sticky which was gross. Read more
The restaurant is cute and quiet. The service was good and everyone was very attentive. The steak came out a little over cooked... and a little on the bland side. The pork was room temperature at best and maybe a shade dry. The sausage was a little toughalthough the spices were ultimately good. There was a large menu selection which is a plus.
