Service was terrible. The ?new guy? was extremely rude and snapped at me when asking what happened to my drink after 10 mins of... waiting was told ?it?s still coming through? after people left who came in AFTER us. This was a terrible experience for someonewho goes to Starbucks frequently. Read more

This is one of those"bad" Starbucks that don't put customers first and nickel and dime to the point where they lie about things... like free tea refills for latte. Not only that but they gave me a grande for my venti refill. Really dude? That 25 cents in teaand water isn't worth losing repeat customers. Not worth arguing but geez... I hope corporate is paying attention. Read more

Ordered 2 vanilla sweet cream cold brews- they put in 0 cream and kept putting cold foam on top. They insisted cold foam = sweet... cream. Super rude and had an attitude; even though we politely told them their mistake. The second time they made it, it waseven worse! It was just black with a thick layer of cold foam. They just told us to stir it?? The staff is normally great, butSunday (10/23/22)?s staff was awful. Coffee on the left is what they gave us. Coffee on the right is what I re-ordered fromthe stonebridge Starbucks, who made it right and were super friendly. Highly recommend that location instead! Read more

I do not normally right reviews; however, I was compelled to. My daughter and I placed a mobile order for the kiosk and... unbeknownst to us they did not have our food items available and advised they could not refund us. We came to this Starbucksand asked an employee who then went to her manager about what we could do. The manager was very nice and apologetic and sheexplained to us the difference between the kiosk and an actual location. She then also gave us the items that we ordered fromthe other store. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and I know how to make a customer feel appreciated and shedefinitely did that. Read more

I ordered a venti drink and they shorted me on the drink/it wasn't filled up all the way, so I asked if they could add a little... more milk to fill up the rest of the venti cup since that was the size I ordered. Barista gave me a hard time and said it wouldbe extra ???? so obnoxious. Not a good look to be skimpy and cheap. If I'm paying over $6 for a drink, I want what I paid for. Read more

This is by far the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. First of all, the barista was so incredibly rude while we were ordering... and he had the biggest attitude while we were asking if we had any Starbucks awards. Then, after ordering two double chocolateychip Frappuccinos for our two kids, we instead got two drinks filled to the brim with whipped cream only and no chocolate? Weasked them to remake the drinks and they instead make two Java chip Frappuccinos, which has too much caffeine in it for kids.They also never gave us the cookie we ordered despite paying for it. We ended up leaving without it since the whole experiencewas just awful. The whole place is extremely disorganized and majority of the baristas looked like they either had no idea whatthey were doing or they had a big attitude despite the fact that there was barely any people there. I?ve been to other Starbuckswhere it?s WAY busier and the baristas are able to handle it professionally and make the drinks perfectly as well. If you want agood breakfast experience, I would recommended to never go here. Read more
