This is my favorite coffe shop. However today I ordered just simple latte. Drink tasted horrible, milk was spoiled. REALLY.

If you don?t want to work at Starbucks just don?t. You know people come in with specialized drinks and as a barista it?s your... job to make the order. I?m paying for it, make it. I came to this Starbucks to get a dragon fruit lemonade refresher. I was told they only had water so I happily went for it.... Unfortunately some exasperated blond woman took the order and was spilling my drink everywhere. She was wasting the ingredientsas if it was her own Starbucks (which I could tell by her face; it wasn't) and kept on murmuring about how much she hated herjob. Whoever manages this store really struggles. Every time I?ve tried to order, they are out of almost everything. Only on the one... day they get in stock can you get your order. Every day before and after? They?re ?sold out?. An employee here once got mad atme for putting the wrong pastry in my mobile order and blamed me. I told her I didn?t verbally place the mobile order, I did iton my phone and it was written down for her to refer to and she just rolled her eyes and smushed my pastry before giving it tome. Place is dirty and baristas are condescending. It is so obvious that they hate working there and dealing with customers. One... particular barista, tall Hispanic girl who never wears her name tag, loves to ignore special orders and constantly makes snarkycomments and laughs at customers. Store manager was not there today (07.24.2022) so Daniel took over. He was dismissive and notempathetic as I mentioned two separate incidents with the Hispanic girl. This used to be a nice SBX but it has really gonedown. We ordered five dragon fruit lemonades, but when they informed me that they were out of lemonade, it wasn't a big deal, so I... just opted for the dragon fruit with water. While making our drinks, the employee with two braids and blond hair kept AUDIBLYrepeating, "I hate this so much? and spilled our drinks twice! She kept giving those waiting for their drinks anattitude-filled, incredibly irritated face! She tossed our drinks to us ! Very disappointing! Worst customer service!
