The lady i ordered from didnt speak english she was rude she ruined my sandwhich on purpose ahe hung up on me on the phone 4... times she refused to give her name and store number she is the worst excuse for a worker ive ever seen and heard of im sodisappointed i want my 17 dollars back asap or so help me there will b issues your lucky thats all i want i tried to feed mykids how when they cant even hold the sandwhich its filled with nothing but ranch this is the most disgusting sandwhich ive evergottten feom subway who wpuld do this to someone Read more
Did door dash and half my order was wrong. I called 18 time at 8:30 PM and not one. answered. I asked for Cheese cake cook and... got a cookie with nuts. I'm Allergic! Also didn't receive our drinks.If I could I would give 10 negative stars! Read more
My coworker and me placed a online order and when I went to pick it up they told me the order wasn?t in their system I showed... them the order in the app which match up they didn?t offer a solution they got really rude and smart with me . They told me Iwould get my refund the next day I didn?t get it they told me I could comeback if I didn?t receive it. Subway was so very disappointing! Upon entering there were at least 15 people in the inside, who were not social distancing amd... only one person had on a mask. The notices posted said that only 10 people at a time and they must wear a mask. I asked the ladywho was clearly alone, if Subway was enforcing the mask and 10 person policy. She said that they were not! Come on now Subway! Iwon't be back and I plan to contact corporate regarding this! Read more
Epitome of rude, obnoxious and poor service. It's subway.... How can you possibly make that a bad experience. Well this one... definitely did. To make matters worse, when I contacted the branch to let them know about the 1/2 portion salad, the rude staffmember proceeds to say "come I make another". After we were long gone. She did this to a pregnant woman whom waited 25 min toget a meal. I hope to hear back from the franchisee. We are very capable of involving the franchise for poor client relations. Read more
Good service but to bad smell , I preferred to order to eat in my car. This is unacceptable, I had a really long day without... breakfast and lunch ....trying to eat something healthy i been there buying a chicken teriyaki sandwich, I parked my car infront of three to eat and when I opened my sandwich, I founded a long her rolling the vegetables.
