Tyler is AMAZING! He mixed our drinks when we arrived. Then we met Tequante and the service was stellar! Ok the food...fresh and... delicious like we went straight to the native country. We had steak fajita bowls and the tortilla chips and salsa was to diefor. Then there were the drinks...Lord the drinks. Let's say I will be frequenting this place because it covers all of thebases! Tyler was my bartender and did an awesome job. The margaritas were delicious and he was very attentive to all the patrons.... Offered me chips and salsa and keep my water fill which is a task as i am like part fish.. Definitely recommend seating in thebar section for the best service but either way this guy I making you the best margaritas! Read more

Amazing charred salsa with thin chips to start off a meal. Don’t skip the table side guacamole. Tortillas are made fresh and... served hot with fajitas. It’s the best Tex Mex style restaurant in the area!! Read more

We've been ordering from Uncle Julio's since it opened in Woodbridge, and have always loved it. I used to go to the one on... Dallas Parkway in Addison, Texas. It was always like a taste of home. But this last visit was the most disappointing of all mymany visits there. I don't know if the pandemic has caused a decline in quality, or if it's just this particular restaurant, butI was really disappointed. When we first arrived, we asked if we could sit on the outdoor patio. They seated us there withmenus, The menus, by the way, have been significantly pared down. What used to be three pages is now one page. And the four orfive combination platters that used to be available are now reduced to one combination platter. And our favorite combinationplatter has disappeared from the menu. So we waited 15 minutes. No server approached us. So I went back inside to let thehostesses know. A few minutes later someone finally came to take our drink order. My father and I ordered Diet Cokes and my wifeordered one of the non-alcoholic "specialty" drinks, the Mango Passion Lemonade. When her drink was ready, someone other thanour server brought it to the table, but our Diet Cokes hadn't arrived. The server brought out our Diet Cokes and immediatelyasked who had brought out my wife's Mango Passion Lemonade. The rest of the visit was more of the same. We ordered two entreesthat the three of us were going to share. The entrees arrived, but no plates were served with them. Also, the fajitas arrivedwithout tortillas. So we waited another five minutes for the plates and the tortillas as the food got cold. When the platesfinally arrived they were tiny plates usually used for appetizers. The food was decent, but not up to the quality you usuallyget from Uncle Julio's, which is one of the more expensive Mexican restaurants on the market. What a disappointment. Read more

When this place first opened, I remembered not being that impressed. So, years later, I decided to give this place another go,... hoping things had changed, it has not. From the get go, the salsa and chips they brought were plentiful, and the chips wereappropriate sizes, hardly any crushed and tiny bits. But they were far too oily, they lacked flavor but that didn’t bother mesince it would be the salsa that gave it its flavor. Nope. The salsa was far too runny and wet to even stay on the chip, so Iwould recommend getting guacamole instead, which was good. What I liked about this place was the chicken, which was extremelyjuicy and perfectly cooked, and the drinks, which we hastily and sloppily made but gets the job done. I ordered the Taco Salad, which was huge! I don’t know how they think one person can finish that salad. But with the taco salad, the tortilla that goeswith it was old and not crispy, which made the salad dry. Other notes to consider is that they undercooked the rice, fliesdisturbed our dinner, and the wait was forever. They brought half our food then 10 minutes later the rest came. I will not takethis out on the employees because they were the best part about this restaurant, everyone of them were kind and gave us the bestservice they can offer. Go if you like to this place, the atmosphere is something to consider also and this place has a livelyatmosphere. But I will be getting my Tex-Mex food from someplace else. Read more

We were a party of 9 and had to wait for an hour or so to be seated. Not a big deal sinve we drove 45 minutes just for the... fajitas. They were pretty busy, with several large groups on a Saturday. Carlos was our waiter. He was friendly enough, but hadtoo many tables and wasn't very attentive. Under less busy circumstances, he's probably a lot better. Unfortunately, our foodcame out incomplete with multiple issues that took way too long to fix. The kitchen was slow and service chaotic. We orderedfajitas but had to wait for tortillas. The steak fajitas were ordered medium but came well done. We had to ask for almosteverything twice, including rice and beans, which are supposed to be part of the meal. The manager, Velden, was the worst partof the entire ordeal. Carlos sent him to speak with us about our concerns and, although he acknowledged the multitude of errors,he failed to actually apologize. His demeanor was downright dismissive. The portions have been reduced to a laughable size, making it not worth the price. A dollop of sour cream is an additional charge of $1.19 and you have to specifically request picode gallo, which is outrageous in Mexican restaurant. Overall, I can no longer recommend this place. Prior to this last visitthey were a favorite. Read more

This place never disappoints me. Service was great, food was served quickly and can't say enough about flavor, it was Supreme!... This plate over here is the Guadalajara fajita with bacon wrapped shrimp. Portion is a good size with more than enough sides, rice, Beans, pico de Gallo, sour cream and guac. I also love this drink, I think it's called passion fruit limonada and for $1you get a nice refill!! The ambiance is always good, better if you like Latin music ???? Read more
