I made an order with doordash and the dasher text me saying that wendys said someone had picked it ip about 15mins ago and I... called wendys around 5 pm and tried explaining to the Maneger it was not possible someone picked it up it was a women as Maneger and she got an attitude with me i was trying to explain it was IMPOSSIBLE someone had picked up my order if i didn?t place theorder more than 3 mins ago and she said someone picked it up 15 mins ago to my dasher so instead of offering to re make my ordershe catches an attitude its not my fault their employees are giving out the wrong orders to people Read more
The owner employs his entire extended family here so there is zero accountability. The only employees they have who know what... they are doing are not related to the owner. Wait times at lunch are unbelievable and I won't be going back to this location.The owner also owned the Dale City location and the same problems exist there. Read more
I came into store waited 2 mins.. a lady came from counter rushing out into lobby and said uber eats?? Doordash?? I said I was... here to do a doordash.. she yelled back at co workers DOORDASH!! I ordered my salad from here at about 10:30pm I get home and have to remove all the tomatoes. You can clearly see the tomatoes... were not good at all. With inflation going up quality should be number one priority for the prices we are paying todaydefinitely wouldn?t recommend a salad from here. BEST WENDY'S EVER! We haven't been here since before the pandemic, but we came for dinner tonight (3/27/2022) and we dined in.... This wound up being a great decision! My husband, son, and I had a nice, quiet dinner as not many people ate inside. All ofour food was hot, fresh, and beautifully prepared. No kidding. The burger looked picture perfect. I forgot to take a puc becauseI ate it before I thought about reviewing this Wendy's location. If I wouldn't get super unhealthy and, eventually morbidlyobese, I'd eat here every day! Today I didn't get what I ordered and I only realized after I got home. I didn't have the time to bring it back so I had it... anyway. I didn't check to see that I also paid for the incorrect order. I usually get good service here as this is where I stopalmost everyday after picking up my son from school. Hopefully my next order will be correct. Read more
Very slow. It seem like they have a kinda busy drive thru, about 5 cars in the drive thru so I decided to go inside to see no... one at the counter and people waiting.
