I just ordered the new chicken sandwich and im not impressed. the chicken has a weird texture im not sure if its cooked all the... way or something is just wrong. my fries werent seasoned properly and they put way too much original hot sauce on my sandwich soeverything is soggy. Read more
Ordered delivery through their website and was missing an order of fries and two drinks. Either the store got our order wrong or... the delivery person stole the items, either way we were asking for a refund, not for another delivery. Called the store to askfor a refund and the girl who picked up said she was going to get the manager and promptly hung up. Read more

That tall male manger( Deion Wright ) Is the greatest manger ever. Always take care of me and my wife and other customers all... the time. Goes above and beyond for this company. I pray he finds a better job because he works to hard for that place. Everyoneelse is playing around while he?s changing trash, giving orders out , making sure food is good and much more!!! Customer service is awful here! They get very busy. I was on hold for 10 minutes just so I could order my food. After getting my... food, I found that the fries were incredibly oily and salty. I ended up having food poisoning that night and having to call offwork. I called the store to ask for a manager, again was out in hood for excessive amount of time, and I told the manager thesituation. He told me no body else called to complain and He said there wasn?t anything he could do for me when I just wantedmy money back for the meal. I ended up calling cooperate on them for the service I receive. Never coming here again. Save yourstomach, BWW is so much better. Read more
