This place is awful. It takes 2 hours for a simple order. Of course the food arrives cold. Worst dominos I have ever dealt with.
Called and ordered for pickup. They told me 15-20 min. Went there and at 21 minutes they told me it would be 45. So wasted... that trip and gas. Won?t be back ever. I?m tired of liars. If it?s a hour just say so. Stop wasting my time Read more
Seriously the worst customer service! Just asking about how long our order was going to take since it?s been over the time frame... that was given to us online and the guy from the Woodburn dominos was rude and just didn?t care. Customer service was seriouslythe worse. I work in customer service and we all have bad days but never rude or have bad customer service to people! Arrived at 1025pm to order a cheese pizza.. staff was 1 hr delayed on walk ins, close to walk ins at 11pm. Has too many orders... for delivery, cannot serve me. Horrible business practice. I'm not from the area. I drove in the dark to buy my teen dinnerafter a long day at softball. I didn't have a debit or credit card to order by phone for delivery. So a customer who shows upwith cash is less valued than an electronic customer ?????? How the hell is that even a response????? Read more
Absolutely disgusting customer service. I had no idea where they delivered and when I had brought it up they were very rude.... When I had said you guys delivered not that long ago, the reply was okay well I?m hanging up now bye and hung up. I called againand asked to speak to a manager. I said exactly ?hello I just called and was let known that you guys don?t deliver to our littletown anymore and I was just wanting to say how rude and disrespectful the response was.?She replied ?mhm yeah that was me Ialready responded to that? my response was ?alright we?ll you were very rude and disrespectful and hung up mod conversation.?She then proceeded to say ?unfortunately I don?t care? and hung up. I?ve been going to this dominos for years, and have lived inthis town for 9. Worst placed ever Had placed my order in the morning to be delivered in the afternoon shocking to find out they never came when... i drove to their place in woodburn my order was not ready after 5hrs of placing it they complained to me how they were short onstuff and I had more than 35 people depending on me they got mad when i said why they didn?t call me ahead and never apologizeto me until i asked for my money back and urgently headed over to another pizza place very disappointed ??
