I like Panera, but this location was terrible. Overcharged us, got our order wrong, argued with us, smelled bad, sticky tables,... dishes everywhere, hair in food, tiny portions compared to other locations, they were out of half the menu, employees goofingoff and taking loudly about how much they hate their job. The food is good. But, this place consistently takes 30+ minutes to get my food, every time, even when I order ahead, even when... the Rapid Pick Up Ap says "your order will be ready in 10 minute," It's a total lie. I have done this 3 times now, and everytime the food has taken over 30 minutes before it was ready. The one time that I thought I had plenty of time, and decided todine in, I waited for 30 minutes, asked where my order was, (because I just kept seeing the drive through orders go out thewindow for a half hour), and it took another 15 minutes after I told them I was still waiting. By then I needed the order to goanyways. Today at 12pm there was no one taking orders at the counter, while I was waiting for my to-go order, people standing inline wondering where the cashier was. Another guy wandering around casually wiping down random tables and other stuff like hewas lost, the 3 people making the food were all moving very slowly and laxidazical. It's like this every time. This panera location is always ridiculously slow, takes like 5-10 minutes for them to even talk to you and charge you out when... you pull up. And they are ALWAYS out of like half the menu as a business how does this happen. First, and last time I have ever eaten at a panera! My mac and cheese was over $11, and it was tiny and cold! Not heated at... all..... Cold! We went to a park to eat, and so I had a cold twelve dollar tiny mac and cheese! My girl got a salad, and thechicken was still frozen. Terrible, do not recommend at all!! Read more
I have good experiences at this location, on my second visit this week. The employees are courteous and welcoming. One... encouraged me to take my time in departing. I like that Panera makes reference to the Lord's scripture in one of theirdescriptive signs (see photo attached). The WiFi is reasonable. I was basically the only patron here and I was getting about17 mbps in both directions. I think it is throttled as it started off at 25. I see at least 7 wall outlets in the diningarea. The Unlimited Sip Club subscription is an amazing value and the beverage options are higher quality than most places Idine at. Bagels are great. The Kitchen Sink cookie pairs really well with a cup of joe! Read more

Very friendly customer service and delicious bread! Roomy outdoor seating, indoor fireplace, lots of large windows for natural... lighting, different types of seating and clean restaurant. We had very friendly customer service and love the selection ofnatural teas. We ordered soup and sandwich with a brownie and a pecan roll. We will definitely be back!
