If you can't offer delivery take it off the app. I know they can do that. And why are they doing it with DoorDash? And card... only? If I wanted to order door dash I'd do so. They're always so rude when they call to let me know that they don't havedelivery at the moment. Read more
They outsourced my delivery to Doordash, didn't give the driver my complete address, and the driver didn't leave me my soda and... wouldn't answer his phone. When I called the store, the first person I talked to put me on hold and then hung up on me. When Icalled back, the second person told me there was nothing they could do but give me a free soda for "next time," as if I'll everorder from this place again. While businesses are struggling to find employees that does not negate honesty. They shouldn't be accepting "delivery" orders if... they know they are short drivers. Order had been sitting and was horrible by the time we picked up our "delivery" order. Lessonlearned. Read more
The app was not wanting to do an order and I called, said they couldn't use my rewards or get a discount. I was in that call for... about 15 min "talking to a manager" only fot that lady to tell me she would call her manager to see if they could dosomething...they didn't do nothing. Pizza in the last 3 orders has been 1hr-2hrs late period (after the expected time). Read more

First of all, I'd like to clarify that I'm satisfied with the work, the food, the customer service from an employee, and the... manager (whom I cannot remember her name.) I'm extremely dissatisfied with door dash. Not only was she 46 minutes past the timeI scheduled, she had put in her door dash app that she had already picked up my food and said she was on her way but she lied,so between the time I got those texts to when she actually arrived at my house, it took her 27 minutes when in fact it's only a6.5 minute drive. She also almost took out my mail box not paying attention. She also couldn't speak a lick of English, thenafter she handed me my food, she just stood there giving me kind of a rude look, it's as if she was expecting a tip. I do nottip people that do what she did to me. Plain and simple! I called pizza hut and spoke with the manager and she informed me thatall pizza hut's are required to hire doordash drivers, unfortunately. Pizza hut here in Woodburn did an amazing job like Istated above and stated to the manager. She was very understanding and sympathetic to my situation with doordash to the pointshe gave me a free large pizza and a $15.00 credit for the next time.
