Stopped in on a road trip for coffee and restroom. This is the dirtiest location I've ever been to. The bathroom sinks were... brown and the toilet looks like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Trash on tables and all around gross. Staff seemed nice but Ican't see any standards of cleanliness being upheld. Read more

Good food and drinks, but terrible service at this location. On the Friday before labor day, three days ago, they were closed in... the middle of the afternoon, with a makeshift sign on the door. Two days ago, with an almost empty store, it took 15 minutes toget my order. Today, I waited in the drive through for over ten minutes, only moving a single car length in that time. I finallyparked, went inside, ordered quickly, and got most of my order in a decent timeframe. However, one of my food items wasn'tstarted until another ten minutes after I ordered, even though the ovens were sitting empty. Needless to say, having to spendalmost 30 minutes at starbucks waiting for a to-go order is beyond farcical. Edit: to be clear, I'm not upset with the staff.They're clearly severely understaffed with no sign of hiring, this is on management. Read more
Everybody knows that Starbucks is well...Starbucks. There isn't any distinct difference in flavors, quality, or menu. What you... see at one Starbucks, you get at the other. However, I have been coming to this particular location every day for a week now tocomplete homework. I can say with confidence customer service is where this location thrives. I have seen these baristas go outof their way to bring drinks/food out to customers at their tables, help the handicapped to their seats, and just provide thebest service possible. Is it busy at times? Absolutely! But it definitely does not take away from the quality of people behindthe counter! Read more
Wonderfully located Starbucks just at the entrance to the Woodburn Outlet Stores super easy to access going south on I-5. The... store was super clean and they made my London Fog correctly so I will stop there again. Read more
