I came in for my yearly birthday Starbucks, everyone was nice until I came up to the window, that?s when I heard screaming... coming from the inside. I paid close attention in case things got out of hand. (i read the name tag it said Leyluh) To mydisbelief a girl was yelling at her coworker dramatically? So much for positive vibes? I have been coming to this starbucks for the last 3 years since i work like 2 minutes away. I will NEVER be coming here again.... Waiting at the window for my coffee(1 COFFEE) for 15 minutes to me is unacceptable. The line to the drive through was blockingthe entrance to safeway yet the employees were just conversating with them being like 8 in total and only 2 were actually makingdrinks. I am one of the most understanding people especially with employees that have to deal with customers early in themornings but this just did it for me. The car behind me just simply drove off after me. They had been waiting for 30 minutes forcoffee. I love me some starbucks and i am constantly going before work since i do drive fromm beaverton to woodburn everyday buti rather start stopping at a different location in the mornings than to pass by at this one. I love using the Starbucks app to order coffee and pick up at the store. I can choose to sit through drive-thru or walk and... pick up my drink at the service counter. Load your money, order, pick up and go. Extremely convenient!?? Easy to reorderfavorites!!?????????? Read more
This is usually my go-to coffee shop, but only because it's the only thing around. I really wanted to love this location. Let me... start off by saying the people have been so friendly every time I have gone! They typically try friendly small-talk. So why thelow rating? They are consistently slow, sometimes VERY slow. I was there for 45 minutes once in the drive-through!! Ridiculous!Then, this last time I ordered a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso (or something like that). It was a cup full of ice with basically ashot of milk/coffee (see pic). It was literally one gulp of drink! Read more
Midst of the covid. There walk up window is for mobile orders only. I ask if I can possibly just verbally order at this... window.... the young girl tells me "No" So I ask if I Should walk through the drive through. "Yes but it would be safer if youwere in a car. I'm sorry but it would be SAFER if you let me order at the walk up window. Not to mention the heat and amount ofexhaust I'm dealing with. Read more
This is the third time in the last 3 weeks that they haven't been open at the posted hours- website says 0500. Went at 0530, not... open. Went at 0545, not open. Went again at 0535 this morning, not open. Why bother having posted hours if you don't followthem? Try the one by the outlet malls, they at least are open when they say they are. Read more
