this is the worst subway restaurant in the USA, it seemed to me that the staff was working at the table for the first day, they... didn?t cook everything neatly, the whole sub was falling apart, these employees need to cook tacos, they don?t know how to doanything else. It was so bad I wanted to give them a zero. But that?s not possible so I give them a one. I?m a mall associate and almost every... single time I go I immediately regret it after. A few weeks ago I walked in to subway, myself in line and a family sitting at atable where the only costumers there. When I approached the sandwich bar to be assisted the associate was very distracted due toa phone call on her PERSONAL cell phone. Causing me to constantly repeat myself at her request but each time the associate gaveme more and more attitude. She was not only on the phone completely distracted but she was also rushing me even though there wasno one behind me in line, the phone call must?ve been important. And now today, as another associate was once again rushing tomake my sandwich with no one behind me, as she was still making my sandwich another associate was at the register trying to ringme up, mind you my sandwich was still being made so I didn?t realize the cashier was speaking to me and they had a very lightvoice. So when I wasn?t responsive to the cashier they decided to whistle at me to grab my attention. I work retail at the malland I know what it?s like to be whistled at by entitled and rude COSTUMERS, but to now be the costumer being whistled at by theassociate, I was so annoyed. These associates were all people who look to be around my age (teens - 20s range) so there reallywas no excuse for the immature behavior, whether teens or not. I thought maybe I was the only one getting awful service, butafter looking at the reviews and seeing repetitive behavior from associates, the woodburn outlet subways associates and managersshould just be simply replaced by people more suitable for the job. Absolutely not worth even for a single star.But was forced to rate with a single star cos technically my review cannot be posted... without hitting the stars. Extremely RUDE and DUMBEST workers and a dirtiest place to eat. I was sick for a week after dininghere. Subway used to be my favourite wherever I had travelled but this place is HORRIBLE!. If you wanna worst SUBWAY experiencewith added perks of FOOD POISONING for days together please feel free to eat here. Read more
Had a new girl making our sandwich so she was kind of slow but it still tasted great. Got a few cookie for my birthday too!!
They actually do not offer military discount and do not acknowledge the "Military Discount Proudly Offered" sticker plastered in... front of their door either. Lol. Aside from that, they were also out of a lot of ingredients: ham, Italian herbs & cheese bread,regular Coke, etc. And, they also got my husband's order wrong. I stopped at this location with my kids. We had the worse experience ever!!!! Kaylee had an attitude the entire transaction! I... asked her if my son?s sandwich was toasted she had an attitude! she was very disrespectful she rolled her eyes at times. Sheneeds to be retrained I have NEVER been so upset!!! Read more
Subways quality keeps sliding and prices keep crawling up.
