Woodburn is the worst chain. I've avoided going there for years because their service has been slow and lackluster. And they... always say they're closed before the closing time! Honestly LAZY. You pull up 20 mins before closing and they say they'reclosed. This isn't a one time thing. I get it, young high schoolers, they don't want to put in the work, but you can find betteremployees. I've hesitated doing bad reviews for a long time, but this has become a big annoyance. I pull up in the drivethrough, asking what time they close, when ordering, and they straight up ignore me before closing time. Or, not 30 mins ago, Icalled and asked what time they close...and they say they're closed. I know they're not for about 20 mins. The workers answerrudely when I make a point to be genuine, and then straight up hang up on me amidst asking for their closing time. That's theonly question I asked. Not the first time. This has happened many times before. I. Am. Sick. Of. It. It's become commonknowledge among the people I know, that during late hours...you don't show up here, its a wasted trip. Came through the drive thru around 1130 tonight, and the gentleman taking our order (Alberto) was so professional and kind,... super helpful and just all around had amazing vibes!! It's incredible to see such a young kid have the greatest customer serviceattitude nowadays, especially in fast food. I'm a supervisor at a fast food place and I work with a lot of kids his age, let mesay Taco bell you have hit the jackpot with this one! HE NEEDS A RAISE! Food is amazing. I crave it all the time. However, this Taco bell's drive thru takes WAY too long. I was fifth in line. It took... 30-40 minutes to wait, order, and get my food. I was thinking to just be patient because maybe only one person was working.Nope. There were at least 4 workers and they were just chatting up a storm while I waited at the window for 10 minutes. My friends have told me the breakfast is the best fast food breakfast available. Had my wife open up and app and place an... order. We arrived to sit at the drive through for 10 minutes with no one to greet us. Drove to the window and could hearnoises inside and music but no one around. Drove back around tried to enter the front door but it was locked. Three othercustomers had also tried to order and drove off in frustration. Sign said open and the app aloud us to order even though no onewas home. Super frustrating to travel to a place and not even find a closed sign or have that location closed on the app. Nowwe get to wait 3 days to get our refund. I recommend anyone in the Woodburn/Hubbard area to divert all traffic to the Canbylocation. Will I ever find out how good the breakfast crunch wrap is? Read more
Stopped in for a quick bite with a friend. The drive through was empty, so there was no wait, the lady that took my order was... very courteous, and friendly. She gave me a good amount of extra sauce. The food was just like it should be, and I would saythat we had a very good experience, and I would recommend this Taco Bell location to anybody. Read more
The food was excellent! We ordered and received our food promptly. The cashier was very nice and welcoming.
