The batista was a sweetheart. She has brown hair with blind streaks and was wearing overalls. Really polite and sweet.

Im gonna give 4stars, this location can be a hit or miss! We got coffee 2 times in one day. The coffee was great! Mint condition... & whatever my fam got. But when we went in the morning the cream that was out was from the previous day, and they completelyoverloaded my plain bagel in cream cheese. it was like the whole container of cream cheese was on it! I got home and had to wipenearly all of it off. Later in the day they were giving out free pastries, fam thought they were a little stale. Read more

**HIT OR MISS** Good customer service but not consistent when it comes to drinks. Last week I tried the XL Matcha Latte and it... was EXCELLENT!!! There was the perfect amount of matcha, ice and sweetness! It was so good that I had to get it again. Well....here is the result AFTER I took the ice out from today's order.
