We ordered carry out and I was shocked by how awful our experience was. When I called to place my order, I was put “on... hold” (which was the hostess or server setting the phone down, while I could hear her loudly shouting orders to someone, aswell as all of the loud background noise from the restaurant itself). When I arrived, I was told to pick up my order at the barand was barely given the time of day while I paid for my very overpriced food. The food was so incredibly salty, we could noteven enjoy it or finish it. The only good thing about any of it were my son’s fries and the chocolate cake. We will never goto Carmine’s again. Read more
Fantastic! First, easy to get to and plenty of parking. Second, friendly staff. Our server was very friendly. The one thing that... I would've appreciated and would suggest, is some suggestions of drinks and also the menu. Third, the food. FANTASTIC! I reallyenjoyed the Penne pasta with sausage. Delicious and filling. Carmine’s has a great bar! If your looking for a nice place to watch a sports event - this is it. Easy to get to, pleasant... atmosphere, great food, good specials and fantastic happy hour prices. We went on a Sunday afternoon and our ,bartender“Lance” was fun, friendly, and attentive-we never had to call him over. Happy hour pricing was $1 off call drinks and $3off appetizer till 5- I spent $12! They have a nice outside patioI. If your in Woodbury, venture in - it’s worth the trip. 5stars! Read more
This place is a gem!!! I love their patio and they allow pups!!! The food is outstanding especially the Alfredo sauce!! Their... menu is diverse and their team gives great advice!!! I am so appreciative of Teeann taking time our first visit (new to town) towalk us through and give recommendations!!! Service was good, kinda rushed because we came in within 45 minutes of closing time. The Cajun chicken penne was really good,... lots of favor. Sausage & Peppers pasta was pretty bland and won’t order again. Read more
Nothing special here. Pasta sauce is nothing short of underwhelming. You can tell most of the food is frozen/reheated Sysco... food. I've noticed a few one star ratings in the last few weeks for this place. Wish I would've checked here first beforedining there tonight. And to read that the manager just said oh well to a customer who had an inedible meal is not encouraging.Other management comments on here are seriously pathetic!!! Lots of customer shaming like, "why didn't you ask the server forrecommendations???" We won't apologize for our overpriced mediocre food etc... Just check the management replies on otherreviews here -- they're above reproach and frankly not very interested in improvements of any kind. ?????? I’ve been to Carmine’s several times. Always enjoy the food and the ambiance. As soon as you walk in you feel welcome and... it’s a nice view of the bar. Food is great and the drinks. Good beer selection. Normally I seat at the bar and appreciate theexcellent service of the bartenders, David, Shane, and Jacob on Tuesdays. All in all, you can go to Carmine’s to eat, drinkand have a good time. Read more
